This is an awesome monitor for gaming! When I first went to Best Buy looking for a gaming monitor, I was actually looking for some ASUS brand monitors. They didn't have any 27inch monitors but the worker there actually suggested this DELL monitor. only difference was that the DELL's provided 144HZ and ASUS was 160(?)HZ. To me, 144HZ with G-Sync is good for me. Didn't have any problem with this product. PLUS it was on sale, so I got this for a very decent price.

I didn't realize how big 27" would look on my computer desk so I won't lie it took a few days to adjust lol but the 2k resolution is stunning! I tested out my Xbox One X, PS4, and my Omen gaming laptop on it & everything ran smooth & crisp. The colors are vibrant & I didn't have any issues with darker games with heavy shadows, I'm really glad I bought this when it was on sale.

Color is great and the picture quality is fantastic. the 144 HTZ refresh rate and the 2560 X 1440 resolution make a real difference . The side bezels are very thin am are hardly noticeable when playing in a triple configuration. not sure what makes the monitor seem like the sense of speed ingame is much closer to reality when used for driving on a road course.

This is a great monitor and the 1440 resolution is great (I honestly can’t tell the difference between 4K). It’ has an antiglare screen which is nice & doesn’t impact the resolution quality. This was one of the cheapest G-Sync monitors for 27in I could find so I went with it and haven’t had any issues. The only thing I wish it had was speakers built-in, but I’m planning on buying Bose speakers for it, so probably would be better quality sound vs built in speakers anyways.

For a TN panel it looks really good after getting the color calibrated. There's still a difference between it and IPS's but they're crazy extensive and sometimes the panels aren't great.

This monitor is amazing. If you haven't experienced 2k resolution, g-sync, and 144hz refresh rate all at the same time you are missing out! Great contrast and games are butter smooth!

This is my second monitor that I buy at an incredible discount. This monitor is absolutely great, there is really nothing much that can be said. Excellent resolution, excellent sleek style, thin bezzel, 144hz makes everything look crisp, gsync. This monitor is excellent for the mid level gamer. Loving them both, and now my last and third one will be the 24 inch, C.A.N.N.O.T. wait!

This was my first 144 Hz monitor. It requires a little play at first with color balancing, but after that it has been everything I hoped for. Perfect size and awesome frame rates.

I set out for a suitable monitor for photo editing that had Nvidia Gsync. I first bought a much more expensive monitor but returned it in favor of this here Dell. Great color, contrast and resolution. I don't have artifacts in my blacks and greys like I did with the more expensive monitor and my whites are whiter. Screen tearing happens more often than I'd like. Would recommend to a friend or colleague.

Dell has always made a great monitor, and this is no exception. TN panel, but response times are great, and the added benefit of G-Sync makes it worth it compared to a more expensive IPS panel. If you don't care about color accuracy as much, save some money and get a TN panel over IPS. Especially if you're just gaming.

This is my second Dell QHD GSync monitor. There are better 4K monitors available but for the price this cannot be beat. Paired with my GTX1080 they make a great combination.

My friend introduced me to this monitor. He has 2 of them. And now I understand why. The value for money is excellent -- when purchased on sale. I wouldn't buy this for the $600 MSRP because there better options if that is your budget. Buy it when its around $350-400. I got this for my gaming PC (6800K, 32gb ran, 1080ti ftw3) because the 4k tv I was using has been moved to another part of the house. I also wanted to experience 120+ hz refresh and see what G-sync is all about. From my experience so far, its incredible. I'm really glad I made the switch. I don't know how to review monitor specs, but I will say that I wish the colors were a bit more vibrant. I'm sure theres a setting in my OS I can change or a 3rd party app I can use to change it. The OSD is pretty limited, but frankly, once you've dialed in the settings you like you probably won't be changing them very much. Theres an option to display one specific option of your choosing when you press the button -- volume, brightness, etc. I have mine set to brightness so I dont blind myself during the late night gaming sessions. THIS MONITOR DOES NOT HAVE ON-BOARD SPEAKERS. Took me a hot minute to figure that out. The volume control is for any speakers or headphones you may plug in. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase, and also really glad I was patient enough to wait for a good sale.

Got on sale for 450. Cant complain. Got it down to 5ms and looks beautiful. 1440p at 27in znd advertised as 1ms... i hear some issues with some peoples panels but i havd had zero. The 1440p had eliminsted the need for a second monitor for me. So 10/10 can't reccomend enough. I wouldn't buy it at full price thougj as there are better options at 550+ hut at 450 its the best.

Bought this monitor to game oo and from the moment I began using it my k/d skyrocketed! I was calling out enemies from distance well before teammates could see them as well as noticing details that were missed from my previous monitors. The res and refresh are unmatched for the price and the overall build quality can't be touched from this well-known brand!

This was my first monitor and it's been pretty much perfect so far. The refresh rate is nice, QHD is super clear, and there is a lot of screen for me to work on. I know from research, every one likes HDR and a super bright screen it seems like, but this monitor is good enough 95% of the time. I also got this for 350$, so you can't really beat that deal with all this monitor has going for it.

I love my Dell - 27" LED QHD G-SYNC Monitor – Black. Not only did I get this item at the best price through best buy but the item integrates with all of the computer equipment I recently purchased for my home office. I bought two of these. It was easy to hookup to my docking station and dual monitor supports. Great resolution for gaming. Nvidia compatible.

You will need to use the Display Port cable (6ft provided) in order to do 2560x1440, 144Hz, GSYNC otherwise you will be stuck at 2560x1440/60Hz/No GSYNC on HDMI. Make sure to check in windows it is set to 144Hz, mine did not automatically do it in Windows 10. The display looks amazing and incredibly smooth, yeah it is a TN panel but it is a very nice one. I got this on sale in the $300 range and it is an absolute steal at that price! Here is a good baseline setting to try out of the box and adjust to your preference, I recommend turning off deep sleep mode on the display OSD too: Nvidia Control Panel Use Nvidia Settings > All channels - Brightness + 45% - Contrast + 55% - Gamma + 0.96 - Digital vibrance + 60% > Red channel - Brightness + 40% - Contrast + 70% - Gamma + 1.00 > Green channel - Brightness + 50% - Contrast + 50% - Gamma + 0.89 > Blue channel - Brightness + 50% - Contrast + 50% - Gamma + 1.00 Monitor settings: - Brightness 75% - Contrast 77% Color > Custom Color - R 97% - G 99% - B 96%

If you don't feel like spending the extra $150 for LGs equivalent model this is a great alternative. The panel looks great and if you're looking to get into high refresh rates then I highly recommend this monitor very happy with my purchase. However I did have some trouble getting my computer to recognize it as a g sync display but a quick reboot fixed it.

This monitor was definitely worth the black friday price. 144hz and gsync is a site to behold if you have not seen it before. I'm still running a gtx 780, but it feels so much smoother than my old 1080p 60hz monitor.
