I've only had it a day, but if it stays like it is, it's amazingly beautiful. It does go to sleep unlike my other monitors, which is odd, and sometimes I have to hit the power but to wake it up after I'm away. Also make sure you push the dp cable in the whole way, its a bit stiff. Great monitor at a price that madr sense. 350

TN panels aren't known for great viewing angles but this Dell monitor is pretty good at least when looking at the display at an angle horizontally. There's not a lot of colorshifting except when viewing at it at an off center vertical angle. Gsync is great with the 144hz panel. Colors look great when properly calibrating using the Nvidia Control Panel.

Pro: Fast refresh, big screen 27 inches, 1440p for games, G-Sync for smooth and no tear. Con: Little wash out colors and most videos support 1080p which is little blurry on 1440p, no upscale video technology, able to see some pixels when watching videos and blue light little rough on eyes. Note: This monitor needs a good graphics card. I would recommend minimum Nvidia GTX 1070 or better for 1440p games.

For the price I paid, $475 on sale, this can't be beat for a gaming 1440p G-Sync monitor. Don't let the fact that this is a TN panel and not an IPS bother you. I can barely tell a difference once I downloaded an ICC profile. It doesnt have the QC problems that the other similar IPS panels experience. Gaming is butter smooth even on my older GTX 760.

Having recently assembled a beefy rig with a GTX 1080 graphics card, I spent quite a bit of time hunting for a suitable monitor to match it. For all of my life I had been using 24" 1080p monitors with a refresh rate of 60hz. Even after all of my research this monitor still impresses me. The combination of increased resolution, higher refresh rates, and lack of tearing thanks to G-Sync all come together beautifully on this monitor. It's basically the poster child of expectations meeting reality. Compared to the popular but pricey Acer monitors in the same class, I would choose this Dell monitor over those in any recommendation with a budget constraint. That all said, there is a tradeoff despite the sub $500 cost of this monitor: the panel. This is a TN panel and even though it holds its own compared to IPS panels, at the end of the day it's still a TN panel. Personally, I found the colors to be a little washed out and more yellow and any of the monitors I've used before. It's not a problem since I don't notice the color difference in gaming, but for browsing and office work the white off balance throws me off. I wouldn't call it a deal breaker, but it's a reminder that this is a monitor for gamers first.

Excellent monitor for the price. And from what I can tell its about the nicest TN panel w/ gsync on the market. great viewing angles; gsync, and 144hz both operate flawlessly. Once you calibrate it, it has very good color as well. I took off a star because the build quality of the bezel feels cheap and flimsy. And out of the box configuration settings, it looks super washed out and poor. Highly recommend this for gamers in specific.

Upgrade from my 1080p 144hrz. I added this screen for my main monitor and moved the 1080p 144 hrz 27" in to the right side of the setup. Gsync was def an upgrade to Gsync compatible....frames are more stable and smoother in game. Waited for this monitor to drop in price! $299 def worth.

I found this monitor on Black Friday for $349.99. I had seen it online but wasn’t sure if it was the same as in store. Luckily, they had one left. Setup was a breeze and GSYNC is a really nice feature, especially at this price point. Really nothing more to say. 1440p, 144hz, 1 ms response time and GSYNC. Great buy.

I got this monitor for a good sale price and was not sure what to expect, but it turned out to be just what I was looking for. G-sync, 27inch screen, good picture quality, and 144hz refresh rate. I would recommend this monitor to anyone that is looking for a new gaming monitor. Don't think twice about buying this.

Guess what!! I just get it yesterday and I start seeing an dead pixels everywhere, feels bad because now I have to spend time at best buy to do an exchange, but I give 5 starts to the monitor because is amazing 2K, 144mhz, G sync, 27 inch for 340 $ it's a great promotion so Thanksss BestBuy.

I picked up this monitor to finally retire my 35" curve monitor since it was 1080P. The monitor is a TN panel but Dell did an excellent job with coloring. It's not the same as an IPS but it does come close. Make sure you use the DisplayPort to get the full 144Hz. This monitor is mated with a GTX1080 and it's smooth as butter.

I am very impressed with this monitor for the price I paid. At QHD resolution, 144hz, and gsync, I am very impressed with the upgrade I am seeing in graphics. I had no dead pixels or color banding issues (which can happen with certain older model numbers of this monitor) and I am very happy with the colors produced.

This was the best deal I could find on a 1440p 27" G-Sync monitor. It works great with my RTX 2060 Super! I don't notice any ghosting. The colors aren't the greatest, but I'm playing games and coding, not a graphic designer.

Saw this monitor, been checking it out for some time, got extremely lucky went it went down to 349.99. Had to grab it.

Purchased three of these during holiday sale when they were half off. Much cheaper than other G-Sync monitors and the picture and refresh rate is outstanding (you have to customize the RGB profile, but reviews on Amazon have excellent RGB settings suggestions).

This Dell Monitor has been set up with my computer and 2 other monitors. This is a great size for watching tv or movies from my computer. It is a great size for my work as an engineer and awesome for some fun gaming. I have been using this monitor since the end of December.

Good monitor. Standard for a decent gaming setup. Has g-sync which is mandatory for higher end nvidia cards, Pro: refresh rate, resolution, quality. Cons: price (my tv cost less), screen sometimes fractures images. (I did buy this refurbished.) Solution to one of the cons just turn it off and on again real quick.

My GTX 970 is barely able to deliver 2560 x 1440 at more than 30fps on high settings. This monitor will make you upgrade to a better card! When running on ultra settings at UHD, I can get 90+ FPS in BF1. Very clear, great adjustable stand. Dell delivers! Catch this monitor on sale for $450 and you'll be getting a deal!

Being one of the cheaper gsync monitors available, I was a bit hesitant at first, but after using it for some time it's easily the best monitor I've had to date. The response time is amazing, the colors for a non-IPS monitor are still stunning. If you are looking for a gaming monitor this one hits all the right notes!

So I have not spent a lot of time gaming yet but from what I have done so far the monitor has performed great.
