awesome monitor for the price. This is a high quality monitor for gaming and you can flip to portrait direction.

IPS, 144hrtz, 1440p, and Gsync, knocks off all the check boxes for a great gaming monitor. I did buy a certified open box one, the box and screen itself came in perfect condition. however I don't believe they checked the IO ports when they inspected it, so possible issue with QA, my ports were off center or what looks like it was slightly popped out of where it was supposed to be and I had to wiggle the DP port connector into the IO port to get it connected. Outside of that, it works perfectly. Hopefully if I ever need to disconnect it, it'll be simple to plug back in.

This monitor has all the bells and whistles you would want for a gaming set up. I switched from a Samsung monitor which was 3840 x 2160 at 30hz and 2560 x 1440 at 60hz. This new monitor runs video games at 144hz very smoothly and scrolling through menus on YouTube and on Windows is night and day compared to the 60hz monitor. The colors are similar since both are LED TN panels, but this screen gets brighter. I would definitely recommend this monitor at $329.

First off, I got the monitor when it was on sale for $350. For that price, I believe that it was definitely worth it. The reviews saying that the color is bad out of the box are true. You will need to calibrate the colors but its pretty simple and not a big problem. My biggest issue would be playing games in full screen and alt+tabbing the game to check google or discord. The screen starts to stutter and give really bad fps drops. It could just be that that is a normal thing and that I am uneducated on that matter. If so, it's my fault. STILL, I would definitely recommend this monitor for best bang for buck.

First off, going on the sale price of $299, this is a good Gsync option for people with Nvidia cards. For 599, I would say there are much better options for that amount of money. Downside to this is if you do run it in gsync, you will need to use a display port cable to do so. If you turn off you monitor at night, the machine will treat it as a hot swappable device and you desktop gets resized. I have 2 of these and everything will move over to the screen thats turn off last. Also messes with you using TeamViewer to the monitor as it does not detect a monitor.

Waited a couple of weeks before reviewing this monitor. Was on the fence on returning it to be honest. If i could give it 3.5 stars I would but I can't. It's not horrible by any means. Cons First - G-sync is good I guess. I never had tearing with V-Sync myself but I was only playing at 60FPS on my BenQ. My 1080p 1ms 24 inch BenQ has a better picture in games and really pops. The matte screen protector is way too thick - think of you had an old DLP tv and the picture is very similar to that very bland. There is no gama in the settings. Yes you can switch the gama in your graphics card settings but if the game does not support your graphics card settings it will default back to the monitors settings. I did get this on sale and would not pay full price for this monitor if I were you. It's not horrible don't get me wrong. It upscales videos to 4k which is a plus. Screen savers look great if that's your thing but in game picture quality is lacking. Pros- G-Sync - I guess 144hz 2560x1440P - More reastale in game and multi tasking. Video's online really look great. I do wonder what the picture looks like on the BenQ XL2730Z because my old BenQ was so good. But it doesn't have G-Sync and don't feel like returning monitors to find the right one.

The 144hz refresh rate along with Gsync is ULTRA smooth. Best I have seen, anywhere. If you have the money, you gotta experience this amazing tech. The color reproduction isn't calibrated out of the box, but once calibrated it looks amazing. The TN panel looks very good, but it is not as good as IPS. The biggest issue I have is with the DisplayPort wake issue. When deep sleep is on, the monitor does not wake up. Now, I don't know if its displayport cable issue or monitor, but the cable that came with the monitor are giving this issue. To fix that, you have to turn off the deep sleep function on the monitor, which will result in more power consumption.

The price was right and I was looking for a larger monitor so this 27 inch monitor was a good deal very happy with it

I bought this monitor for Black Friday last year for $350, the colors on it need a bit of calibration but a quick google search can find some recommended settings to use for best colors in game. G-Sync is great if you have a nvidia GPU and the 144hz is buttery smooth. The display options are limited to two but you can plug in an aux cable for multiple sound outputs. I have my PC and my ps4 pro on this monitor and it tackles everything with ease.

The 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution looks gorgeous, and the 144hz refresh rate makes gameplay very smooth and enjoyable

I started to research monitors after my current monitor wasn't cutting it anymore, at 10+ years old and only able to go up to 1080p i just wanted to see what the fuzz is about g-sync and 2k ressolution and 144hz. My PC supported all of these features (i researched to make sure it was compatible). Is day and night difference what a monitor can do to games and even everyday tasks. I highly recommend this monitor if you're on the market for something like this at around $500-600 (i bought mine on sale for $499)

Purchased this product for gaming and it supports Gsync and has flawless frame rate at 144hz. Absolutely love the higher resolutions at same frame rates.
