I got it at a pre-holiday price, costing only a little more than a replacement set of ink cartridges on my old ink jet. A toner cartridge for this printer has a sheet rating of 1200 pages, so this will definitely save on my printing budget. The wireless feature is excellent, and I have my desktop and two laptops linked to it. It is also Google Print ready, so I will link my Android tablet as well. Highly recommended!

Cost Effective Full Duplex Laser MFC

The Dell E515dw fits the bill perfectly - providing the same level of print, scan and copying capabilities for $79.99. The unit also has an automatic page feeder (useful) and a 33.6kbps fax (not as useful).

Great printer/copier/fax/scanner - BUT
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great and can use generic Brother toner which is cheap ($10) BUT the WIRELESS uses WAP or WAP2 only - so I'm having to change my router from WEP (and reset my phone/tablet/roku and all other WIFI products just to suit my new printer. Painful - but the printer is great.

Great printer bad driver

The only problem is the drivers for this machine. I don't know if it's just me but everytime I install these drivers my computer will crash randomly. AVOID THE DRIVERS AT ALL COSTS! Hook it up to the network and use it as a network printer instead.

Excellent All In One Printer

Easy to setup and connect wirelessly. Maintains and restores connectivity with ease and does not require too much configuration. Supports Google Print and also wireless printing and scanning using the Dell Document Hub App. Supports 2 side scans (ADF) and printing. Scans are fast and have sufficient quality. Can create readable and password protected PDF via the built in software. Some features I have not yet tried : 1. Fax functionality as I do not have a phone line. 2. It shows option to supports direct scan from printer. But as I do not connect via USB cable and I have not found the option to have it save directly on NAS, have not tested this feature. I think if this is configured, you can scan even without PC. I have tested this with Dell Document Hub app on my mobile, but never scanned to NAS direct. 3. It is supposed to be Apple Print ready. But I am not sure how to set this up. Cons : 1. Overall setup is easy, but the setup process to explore all options could be better documented.

Solid Multifunction Unit

Purchased for family friend who is older & set up for them. Everything you can expect & moving away from ink is always the right move...

Great printer for a great price
