Great Laptop, battery life is kind of short but too he expected, if you want the best performance you’re really just gonna be having this thing charging at all times

Overall good laptop for playing the games I play on it. Haven’t experienced any overheating that has cause gaming issues(does get warm quickly though). Graphics card holds up decently. However for a laptop the battery life while game is less than 30 minutes unplugged. And this started as of day one out of the box after updating everything. Quite surprised but just know that this is a laptop that’ll need to be next to a plug if you plan to use it for gaming for more than 15 minutes.

I was looking for a new laptop for photo editing and this one fit the bill perfectly. It runs all my programs well and has enough power to load everything quickly. The only downside for me is the storage capacity, but there are plenty of options to expand that.

Not the cheapest but totally worth it. Easy to use, pretty good speed.

I really love this laptop! I am not a gamer, but I purchased this computer because it had the best reviews of any I was considering. I use it for my home office. It has not let me down. It is fast and responsive. Good sound, good graphics. My only complaint is that the tracker is a little sluggish, so I purchased a Bluetooth mouse.

Got this computer for video and photo editing . Works with light room and photoshop perfectly . Doesn’t work with new premier pro update .

This has been a great laptop. Only complaint is that it doesn't stay charged very long. However, that seems to be all laptops lately

Where to start? Constant bios and startup issues? Weekly BSOD? The loud fan that blares when you don't run an update, or when you have chrome open, or when you're just doing file maintenance? There are also issues with the physical body of the laptop, the hinges are beginning to cause connective issues with the screen and this laptop is barely 2 years old. I use it for work running CAD demos at my uni. This is the single biggest waste of money I've ever dumped into a laptop, and I repaired HP laptops and their bad screen to body connections. Battery life is absolutely terrible, it'll have an estimate, I'll turn the brightness down and power save to accommodate, and it'll be dead in about 5 minutes when it said 50. Overall terrible. Very disappointed at this price point.

Very good laptop runs almost any game at high to medium settings. Battery lasts a good amount of time!

I absolutely LOVE it! I went from a 8gb with 1TB to 16GB with 512 and the 16gb 512 is by far the better option. My games do not lag like they were doing before and thats huge for me

I've had this for almost a month now. The laptop works great. I have no complaints with it's performance except that the battery life is subpar. If you are buying this to be mobile and need to rely on battery power for long periods of time, keep looking. This isn't for you. If you're like me and just like being able to move from the living room to the office with ease, this should work fine. I got more than what I paid for by buying this through their open box program. Couldn't give it 5 stars due to the battery issue, but that's all I could find wrong.

This is a great laptop for gaming it runs just about anything i need it to run it has alienware preinstalled on it i only had one problem and that was the power supply went out on it after a week of use but best buy was excellent they accepted return and gave me a new one and its been working great

One of the best Laptops I had minus the black screens I would get after 4-5 months with it and constantly gaming on it everyday after work and on my days off..

Best laptop I've ever had. Lightning fast and is great for gaming, programming, work, and school. I run so many things from my laptop and this was money well spent. Price was good too.

I'm a photographer and graphic designer. It handles running multiple programs including Adobe Photoshop, Runs quiet even when fans kick on. I love it.

Excellent speeds, higher refresh rate, good graphics, good panel for the screen. All around quite solid, only complaint is the battery life. Does not last very long, but all I use the laptop for mostly is shopping, youtube, and streaming or recording through a capture card and OBS. This laptop runs OBS and my other more demanding filming/editing programs very well. I would not hesitate to recommend this laptop to a friend, it definitely does a great job at anything you end up throwing at it.

My 12 year old really has enjoyed the laptop. Easy to use and durable. A bit heavy but we added a lot of options.
