Love the computer for designing but it definitely gets hot as some reviews have stated . The battery is very sgort as stated also .

is really heavy This is my second G15 laptop after 2 weeks of using it, i can say that is a very premiun solid laptop, and for the price is perfect I highly recomend for people who open a lot of programs at the same time

My son likes it. Performance is good. Heats up pretty quickly and for that we need to buy a cooking pad. I think that is pretty common for gaming laptops.

Exactly what I expected, best buy had a flash sale so I saved more than expected. For Dell: make sure you start putting 90 degree power connectors. This one sticks out so far I am afraid to move the laptop while plugged in. I've had laptop power connectors break the laptop like this before. Otherwise the laptop did well with Solidworks. Battery will be used fast when doing graphics intense work. That's pretty normal. I wish laptops had removable batteries.

The computer works as advertised, but the fan on gaming mode is very loud, and the battery drains very fast.

This computer has performed well, for the most part. However, we had to get a replacement approximately 2 weeks after we bought it because the first one died on us. One morning it just stopped working. We took it to the Geek Squad and they couldn’t get it to work either, so they replaced it with a new one. When it’s working, it works great. FYI, the purchase date reflects the date of the replacement.

The best gaming pc for any person starting to game

I love this laptop. Works great, just the speed I was looking for. Graphics are awesome and especially loving the keyboard. Will really help when I’m burning the midnight oil.

Bought a few weeks ago, having no issues. Computer runs star citizen (very intense game) with minimal lag or issues. Well built and great cooling capacity. Only problem is I would like the battery life to be a little better, but overall a good purchase.

Its fast, it dosent lag, and i can play everything i want to play on it.

Love this computer. My older computer was crashing all the time and very slow as I run many memory intensive programs. This computer sails through them without issue.

I am very pleased with my new Dell G15. It is very fast and powerful, and it is packed with great features. I am less than impressed with the battery life, however.

I purchased this for my son as a Christmas present. He really seems to like it. The only complaint that I have heard is the battery doesn't last very long. He gets about 2 hours out of a charge. It likely has something to do with how he uses and charges it. The images on the machine are great.

The Laptop is excellent, I love it in black its Intel Core i7 and 16 GB of Memory make it an ultra fast computer

This machine runs flawlessly and is responsive given the processor thread count. I use this for media production, so I haven't put it's paces in gaming, however it does have a base model 3050. So, you might want a higher end video card. The only con for my needs is the lack of USB inputs and that it is a plastic housing. Get it on sale if you want a snappy workhorse laptop.
