great laptop games are beautiful easy to use easy to customize

Good laptop, easy to use and runs all my games easily.

It is a good computer for the price. However, the bluetooth stopped working after a few months. I had to ship it to Dell Support for repair which replaced the wireless card. When it came back, bluetooth worked again, but the touchpad no longer worked properly. I sent it to them 3 times in total for various issues they caused over the span of 2 months while I was without a working computer. The support team I communicated with was good, but the actual technician doing the repairs seemed to be rather incompetent. Eventually, Dell replaced my computer with another.

Not the biggest gamer, but I needed it for something to do during excessive downtime, it work really well to play COD so can't complain to that end, but the screen is just way too dim.

Bought this laptop for my son for his birthday, it’s a great laptop for the price, and runs his video games at max settings which is the purpose for the purchase. Great value, great laptop, happy customer.

Bought this for my kids and they love the graphics and speed.

High performance laptop in affordable price, it's like monster

I bought it because my Razor (Over $3k) burnt out after only 3 months of use. I bought this one to use while the Razor was repaired by the warranty. Aside from the limited 512GB of memory the performance is great. I can't tell the difference between this one and my $3k Razor.

Took back a Macbook Pro back that was having problems and after much looking around Best Buy for a few decided on this baby. Glad I did as it's very fast and can handle anything thrown at it plus game on as well. I do web design and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a fast laptop an also do some light gaming on.

So basically I bought this to be used as a gaming laptop for work when I get bored. I Found out that the screen has a refresh rate of 59 Htz or max fps of 59-60 frames. Which is okay but not fun. It packs amazing parts like a 1660ti and a great cpu with good ram but it doesn't even matter because your monitor can't even get passed 59 fps. It's not a gaming laptop, it's a laptop that can play games but at a good experience. Don't recommend this product

So far I’m impressed with this laptop. I bought it for the ram mostly to edit video and it just working flawlessly. I did have some issues with a fishing game but that could be steam related and not the pc.

Good product overall, however very disappointed to have the Bluetooth simply vanished from my computer after only 2 months of the purchase due to a serious and persistent hardware issue that Dell insists to overlook, by making me reinstall the OS (which only created a huge hassle and didn’t resolve anything) and then only giving me the option of sending the unit back for a 15 days repair, regardless of my needs for using it for work. Would definitely return If I could, but will have to assume their problem as mine.

This laptop is great for gaming and shear performance. It lacks on design and it's a bit bulky and doesn't have a premium feel but definitely has a premium performance.

High-quality laptop to perform a quality graphical presentation in professional graphical Softwares, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Architecture design. It is called Gaming Laptop which I am not using it for. It is a little on heavy side with a very heavy 180-watt power supply adaptor.

Great for someone who enjoys casually playing games but wants good graphic/frame rate. Would highly recommend if you want something to just pick up and play without having to have a monitor, desk, keyboard (but would recomend a mouse because the track pad is not great).

Super fast computer with a decent GPU. M.2 hard drive provides a 20 second boot time. I did have to manually turn off "Link power management" in Intel RST to prevent crashes after adding a second SSD, but it works fine after that.
