If you're a playstation or xbox gamer getting into PC gaming, this is the perfect laptop. Specs are comparable to console gaming experience, especially if you want to play games like Modern Warfare or GTA. It's also productive and perfect for quick 1080 HD Video editing in a pinch with Adobe Premiere. Definitely a steal at open box price and bargain with same return policy for new products.

Bought as an entry level gaming laptop for my son. So far so good. Battery life is a little on short side when playing games but other than that.....no complaints

This is my first Dell computer, i only got it because the Lenovo I purchased died after 4 months. I spoke to the sales associate about what I liked about the Lenovo and he said that this Dell computer was a little better than the Lenovo that died. So as of now it was easy to set up, Super fast, easy to transport ect....I like the nice big screen and so far no issues. The only thing I find a little odd is that the fan runs a lot and for long periods of time. This worries me but we shall see...........

Within 2 weeks of buying the laptop, there was an issue with the fan. I was able to return/exchange it at my local Best Buy. So good so far with this 2nd one.

I use this laptop for School and to use for gaming occasionally. It runs great, really fast and is a good way to get into PC gaming. Only issue I had was that the power cable is too bulky so it makes it hard to carry in a laptop bag. Beside that this is a great buy!

I have had this laptop for about a month and a half and I have yet to find any major problems with it. The only con to this laptop is how loud the fan gets when you run heavy programs on it but other than that everything is working as excpected.

This Gaming Laptop was purchased to conduct/broadcast Zoom lectures and video editing. It serves its purpose well above expectations. It has not been used for gaming. But as far as a power computer for business and video projects, this laptop rocks.

I bough this computer for my son,he is 17 years olds ,he like it because he could carrying it to school, it not heavy and has everything he need for doing school work and it good for playing game too,he loves it so much ,the model is so beautiful...worth the money

Billed as an entry gaming laptop, it has all the right hardware, memory & ports for photo processing. Really good speed overall with the i7 CPU & 16GB RAM, add the dedicated Video card with 6GB AND a 512GB SSD drive, this is a very solid performer.

I bought this open-box $850 and it works about 85% well. The SSD is not perfect as it will freeze for a few seconds but I have had no major issues other than that. I have also had no problem playing games at medium-high resolution and I sometimes set it high occasionally and it still plays games well at 60 FPS. Battery life is about 3 and a half hours unplugged when not gaming. Overall, a purchase I have not regretted for the price.

Amazing laptop ! Love everything about it , only 4 stars because the fan messed up on me and I currently have it with geek squad , wish me luck!

Great system for mid to hight level gaming. Tends to run hotter than I would like but that's something easely remediated with a cooling stand.

Bought this for my younger child, and also for the child in my soul. It has worked, allowing me to hook up my occulus quest and run my link cable to play Half life Alyx. Thanks dell for a good deal and capabilities to run Alyx

I needed to get a new computer for the CAD like system we use at work to design pools with 3D videos and this one had great reviews and wasn’t crazy expensive for what I needed. So far it works great and I’m happy with it.

its great for running games but I did have to buy a cooling fan because the laptop kept running to hot and burning our hands

Good option for a home business laptop. i7 and 16gb of ram gives this the power to run office apps while using the interwebs. HD is only 512, but that is reflected in the price.

Bought this replace a broken computer from another brand. So far (two months in) this has been very fast with good graphics and happily lighter than my former gaming computer. The build appears solid and I'm hopefully it lasts years.

good overall laptop for school and games. battery life is around 4 hours doing homework.

I purchase this laptop for video editing, it works really fast rendering FHD videos. and does a good job rendering 4K. I recommend this computer for entry level editing.
