Dell PCs have HEAT related issues

Their motherboards are not high quality, but the other components are good quality. Most Dell pc have HEAT related issues. They act as if they have no idea what pc cooling is all about, so they make HOT BOXES and risk the health of the internal components. Especially with this pc and their gaming pc such as Alienware. This lack of concern should eventually cost them huge profit losses. Don't just take my word for it. Just Google any Dell you intend to purchase and check for overheating issues.

We are sorry to hear that your G5 did not quite meet expectations. Your feedback is sincerely appreciated. If system thermals are of concern, you can prioritize cooling by opening the Alienware Command Center application that came pre-installed with your device and select the 'Cool' thermal profile.
Keep in mind that our G5 follows Intel performance design guidelines, which can lead CPU temperatures to reach 100°C to output top in-game performance. We fully warrant the product under these conditions. If you see CPU temperatures rising beyond 100°C on Alienware Command Center, you are more than welcome to contact Dell support for further assistance.
