    I cannot express how disappointed I am in the the packaging of this refurbished monitor. To begin with it was simply placed inside a cardboard box with a single piece of bubble wrap laying against the backside of the monitor. Nothing inside the box supported the monitor at all, allowing it to freely move around within the confines of the box. Secondly I can only assume they have a yearly quota for packing tape usage that they must have feared they would not have met so they used packing tape all over the monitor stand which left an ungodly amount the residue on the screen and the mount where the "secured" the cables. It took over an hour to clean all of it off. In retrospect I should have just returned this and bought from somewhere else. I cannot express the utter shock that this turned on after the the lack of care that they put in shipping and handling of this monitor.

    Arived in great conditin and works as well as the new one I purchased. My only complaint is the power button is tiny and hard to work.
