    I ordered this re-conditioned lap top for my wife as a anniversary present. Got it 2 days later. Immediately out of the box it said "NO bootable device" It didn't work at all. It was listed as a certified product. I don't think anyone tried it after reconditioning it. Big pain trying to get a hold of customer service. On hold for over an hour! Then had to make appointment just to take it back. I will never buy used or new electronics from Best Buy again.
