I wanted a small, light laptop only to run 1 work program and surf the internet on. I thought this computer was perfect and in the beginning it was. But as soon as the first Windows update happened, I ran into problems. It didn’t have enough memory or space to even complete the most basic updates even though I had nothing saved on the hard drive. I tried multiple times and could not figure out how to update it is even though I followed all the directions and it ran slower and slower. Best Buy said they couldn’t help and the computer was poorly designed. When I called Dell customer service they walked me through it but it literally took 6 hours on the phone to complete and involved me uninstalling Windows completely and then reinstalling it using a flash drive and another computer. That sort of worked but it is still so slow at times I can’t perform basic functions. Now I’m shopping for a new computer and I barely had this one for 1 year. Why would they create a computer that can’t even perform basic updates?? Definitely not worth it!

I didn't realize how low the memory was. I have issues every time the operating system needs to be updated. I basically have to delete everything. And there is no way to add more memory to the actual unit. I was able to increase memory with a SD card and USB that I leave in it permanently. That allows me to do basic updates without issues but for major updates I still have issues. Other than that it works well.

I wanted a small cheap laptop to take on vacation for the sole purpose of backing up pictures. Would have been nice if it was slightly smaller like a small ipad, but I needed USB ports, and it did the job

This is amazing value for the price for surfing the internet a light tasks. A Micro-SD card is most definitely needed as the device only had about 16GB free space out of 32GB as the operating system does take up the rest of the space. It's good to have 4GB of RAM. I've been using Windows tablets with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage for year. This is essentially the same but in laptop format. Best to install all your programs/data on the Micro-SD card and leave he built in storage for Windows Only.

Item is of good quality with AMD Processor with windows 10. although hard disk is limited to 32 GB It is great to use with available network. RAM is also helped. I bought this item with my satisfaction.

Small laptop with not much storage. Had to uninstall some Office applications to give some room to add a couple of needed apps. Otherwise, it works well, does pretty much all I need it to do.

This a great little portable Flash memory style laptop or notebook. Will access the Internet has decent speed for something so cheap.

I work for an equipment repair company & needed a small Windows laptop for day to day work. The laptop worked with all my programs. Though not super-fast, it gets the job done. Thanks Dell!

Purchased as travel computer and for the price hard to beat. Light weight, fast enough and with two USB ports able to store items as needed.

My husband and I went to Disneyland and he wanted a laptop that was easy to use at the airport and also on the plane with the ability to balance our spending tabs with Excel when we were on vacation. He loves it and had no complaints. It just works and also came with 1 year of office as promised. 4GB of ram and the processing solution is effective enough for basic stuff. No gaming on this but it's not what he got it for.

The only problem I have with this computer is the amount of disk space the Windows 10 takes up. Great buy for accessing email and internet.

I bought this for my dad who travels a lot. He doesnt use it for much more than watching movies and browsing the internet. It is compact and perfect for what he uses it for.

Wanted a small laptop to travel with and this Dell is perfect. Small, lightweight and perfect to check emails and social media accounts.

I was truly disappointed with this item. The way it was described, it sounded like an excellent basic computer for my family & I to use just for surfing the web, music, pictures & the such (we dont game)... But after saving only a few photo albums & normal things such as this, weve ran out of memory & dont even have enough room to do a system clean & restart... and this happened after less than 2 months!! I really tried to like this item, and now Ive finally gave in & will be checking my warranty and probably returning it. I contacted Support, just got a "thank you." So wrong. Granted, I got it on a sale for a pretty good price... but still, wasnt worth it. We even grabbed a disc to add more space and it has YET to help. Dont waste your time like I did. Get something better. Even for a basic user this laptop isnt worth it. Granted im not a tech genius, so I dont know if theres some "trick" or whatever Im not getting -- but i feel i shouldnt have to. This was NOT what we wanted.

Laptop is priced very reasonably, however, I felt this is too slow. Returned it as it being slow.

This computer does not have much hard drive space and does not have a disk drive but if you need something decent and affordable for just web surfing then this is a fine unit.

I bought it cause it was on the smaller size . As I was buying it for my kids to use to do some school on. The size makes it easier for them to type on and set it on their laps .

The computer works and it does everything I needed to do, and again at a great price. I would’ve liked a larger screen easier to say but to get 4 gigabytes I was very happy!

I paid under $250.00 for the laptop, Microsoft Office installed and a carrying case. Works great and I don't mind lugging it around.

I bought this computer for a temporary project. Kind of sliw but does the job. Small and efficient for the money. I would recommend it for travel or for temporary use.
