I use an external hard rive to save my documents on so I don’t fill up the space on the computer. I also installed a micro sd card for added space. This is a small computer for writing papers and looking online. Not much more. Deleting some of the stuff that comes downloaded already will also free up space.

Not enough space to run Windows and Office

It only has Windows and Office on it, but does not have enough space to do updates, etc. Also, not happy with Best Buy. Paid extra for next day service, did not come next day. Called CS and they said I would be refunded the shipping, which did not happen.

We're sorry to hear that your computer does not have as much storage as you had hoped it would. We'd recommend looking through your computer to see if any pre-installed programs may be able to be removed if you do not plan to use them. Here are the steps to remove those programs:
Uninstalling or removing software or applications that you do not use or do not need from your PC can help speed up your PC. Applications may include background processes, system services, context menu entries and other things that can slow down your PC.
Uninstall applications you no longer need using Programs and Features (previously called Add/Remove Programs). Unnecessary applications occupy space on your hard disk drive.
1. Press the Windows logo key + R on the keyboard.
2. In the Run dialog box, type appwiz.cpl and press the Enter key.
3. In the list, select a program and click Uninstall.

Great for the momey

I use it to build spreadsheets, presentations, surf the web, and basic day trade. It will run thinkorswim slowly but was impressed it did anything with it all. I did take the advice of others and bought a SD card for more memory and have stored downloaded programs on it instead of the internal hard drive. For $150 including the Microsoft package it can’t be beat!

Okay computer for low-level use
