Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your computer is running slower than you had hoped it would. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are ways to speed up your computer:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

Great cheap and light laptop.

Does all I need fast enough, which is mostly online stuff, so bandwidth limited mostly. The only issue I have is it seem to leak battery power even when turned off, and then it won't turn back on without being plugin to power supply even though it claims to have like 12% battery power left after it is turned on. So, always need to carry power supply with me.

Upon purchase- it was a great laptop for him. Too many updates that take storage space- but still surfs web ok, hes moved onto a bigger model but wouldn't suggest for gaming or watching shows.

I haven't had any issues with it so far except for the mouse. The mouse could have been designed better. It is one solid pad with no separate buttons for left or right clicking. Almost every time I try to right click I don't go over far enough and end of left clicking or I don't go down far enough when left clicking and only end up moving the mouse. I highly recommend a wireless mouse to use with this laptop.
