    This is ok if you are viewing one thing at a time. Even then, sometimes it's slow. Takes forever to load pages. Overall very disappointed in it.

    Very disappointing purchase. We have a very similar HP laptop that has been wonderful. This Dell was looking good, but after closing the laptop, storing it in a cushioned case inside a laptop pocket in a backpack, the screen broke. Dell service says this is "impossible" and it will cost $269 to fix the screen. That's a hundred dollars more than we paid for the entire laptop! This laptop suffered NO trauma, but the screen broke while closed. Very dissatisfied.
