Purchased this Inspiron to replace older version with expired warranty and no longer supported by Microsoft. Very fast and efficient for my purposes. Purchased at Best Buy on sale.Less expensive than other computers that had less memory.. Like the speed of the AMD Ryzen 5. Very satisfactory battery life. Very Happy with this purchase!

So far, I'm loving this laptop. Mainly used for work in very rough conditions where a rugged laptop is needed and this laptop is performing quite well. Battery life is good and boots up fast. Well built and durable.

Well, you cannot go wrong with a laptop that carries the DELL name on it. I am a bit eclectic in wearing clothes that do not have any names on them due to my ego but all that changes with DELL PCs and Laptops because it is a go-to name, it stands the test of time for reliability, consistency, trustworthiness, and full-time capability. I found myself needing a laptop in out-of-town meetings rather than an iPad and so I chose this laptop and I am overjoyed with it. Keep up the good work!

I replaced my expensive yoga Lenovo with this Dell offering everything the Lenovo had plus at half the price. I researched several brands and based off input from a tech friend I went with this dell as it fits my needs since I m not a gamer. This model was on sale and it responds well with the many attributes that a Dell has to offer.

Great 2 and I laptop! Sleek and light weight. Caught it on a flash sale before Christmas. Easy to set up, dependable equipment. I recomend this to anyone looking for a performance 2 and 1 laptop.

Nice laptop - speed is great - seesm to be of good quality made. for me the touch screen is a must and it works good here. I now like having a 2 in 1 flex option. screen size is great - last one I had was 15'6

Am well satisfled with the product. It is compact and easy to use , light weight . The battery life seems to be less then my old Dell, but other then that i would reccommend it. Also the lighted keys is a nice feature

The keyboard is like any other stereotypical laptop membrane keyboard. Bright, crisp display with fluid response. Installs were snappy with the SSD. Overall, incredibly hard to beat for the sale price.

So I was so happy to buy this product however, when I brought it home, unfortunately, due to circumstances out of mine and Best Buy‘s control, the computer would not turn on no matter how long I left it on the charge, but I would still buy it again. it was the only one left so I couldn’t exchange it sadly or I would’ve gotten another one.

i got this laptop primarily for school due to my last one dying. and so far i have no problems, its fast, light, the color is pretty, and it's the perfect size for my backpack. i'm happy with my purchase
