    It has been a very interesting journey with this product. I am very happy with the product it delivers what it indicates and is faster than any other PC that I have had. Aside from that two customer service incidents occur. Happy to report both were corrected in excellent fashion. First the system changed my delivery from outside to inside. I use a walker and the less item I walk on concrete the better. I caught a salesperson outside and they quickly made the correction and saw that I got it delivered in minimum time. The second problem was that the day after I bought the system I received an email that the same model was on sale for a significant reduction. They corrected in less than 8 minutes with a price match guarantee. Kudos to all. Another comment-The would I recommend this item- radio button would not work- answer. is yes.

    The Dell Inspiron 14 (Copilot+ PC) is a bold step into the AI-enhanced, ARM-based Windows future. The laptop is very thin and lightweight. The only drawback is app compatibility limitations that comes with ARM CPUs.
