Absolutely love this laptop and I got a great deal with Best Buy pre Black Friday sale

Defective or serious bugs with windows. Touchpad would constantly stop working and require a reboot to get it to respond again. Random times would always stop , updated drivers and reinstalled windows to no change.

Laptop is thin and sleek. The look is almost a mimic to apple macbook. Great college computer for students in technical majors. Got it for my accounting major.

The Dell Inspiron is a good budget friendly laptop. It's fairly slow running but does get the job done in the end.

This was a gift from my elementary school children to do their homework.

It's not that the product itself was bad...but honestly I felt the description was a little misleading bc I bought a 15" computer that my family member loved! And so I got them this 14" laptop they don't do much just browse here and there...but when the product got here...it was a LOT smaller than I thought. I have a 15" laptop and it looks massive so I'm not sure why 1 inch made a huge difference?? My family member is this short little grandmother of a thing and even her tiny hands looked massive on the little keyboard. Needless to say I returned this one for a bigger cheaper model cuz she needs to be able to read the screen. Again not sure why the huge difference but at the time I'm writing this review I've already returned the laptop and got a much bigger one (not a Dell brand) and again a 15" screen looks massive but the 14" computer seems like they measured the size of the entire computer? Not just the monitor. Unfortunately I can't provide any photos since I already returned it.

Fast PC, great feel with a sharp display. Only shortcoming is the lack of the backlit keyboard. A good value.

The computer runs great. It slows down and gers a bit iffy when there is an update which is odd. Not sure if its a defeat or not but otherwise very nice computer.

size , value and battery life with the speed very good so far.
