    Computer was in very good condition. Bought open boxed and claimed to come with all essential components. However, it didn’t have a power cord which I feel is essential.

    Excellent purchase. Just what I was looking for. I was told it was normally a $1,000 item that was on sale for $600, so I guess I got a pretty good deal.

    I brought my 3 year old Dell Inspiron to the Geek Squad (in store) as it could not boot up only turn on. After a day of analysis, I was told it could be repaired but the cost would be $400 or more and that I was better off buying a new one. I asked the sales guy for one with the same features as my old one and a Dell Insprion was recommended. Everything has gone okay except, the new Dell does not have facial recognition which I used all the time. Given that short coming, the new Dell seems fine.

    The main thing I DO NOT LIKE is the way it opens with the top sitting below the base. The ridge of this top sits right on my lap and hurts since all of the weight is on this bottom ridge. TERRIBLE DESIGN. Fortunately, I found a small lightweight lap desk. I loved my previous 11.5" but unfortunately could not convert to Windows 11, understandable since it was 10 yrs old.
