It did have an option to add more ram but the hard drives used in the machine were junk. I would have had to have replaced them. There are 2 2230 form format hard drives and in that size hard drive they are hard to find a good one that offers the speeds of the 2280 format hard drives and are usually more expensive. The better hard drives on the market aren't offered in 2230 format and therefore the performance suffers a little. Nit picky, I know but I want what I want so I returned it. Plus the display looked kind of fuzzy and washed out to me no matter what I done with the settings.

I am learning to use the newest version of Windows but so far I am making good progress with the help of Geek Squad resources. I have much to learn but am not in any hurry to become proficient. The sales rep who helped with my selection and the Geek Squad teckies are my inspiration.
