Computer was easy to set up and to transfer existing information. I like the Dell Assistant feature which ensures my programs are up to date.

The student will use this computer. They thought it was perfect for their future use.

I really like this laptop. It's a little heavier than I had expected so it's kind of heavy as a tablet. If you're planning on using it as a tablet most of the time I'd go with a detachable keyboard model but otherwise this is great.

This is a great laptop that is very user friendly. I bought one for my job and when I left the company, bought another for my personal use.

I purchased an open box dell in excellent condition last week. the build for this laptop is pretty good and i liked the keyboard and display..the only drawback was that it heated up a lot even though i wasn't using any heavy apps and the loud fan noise

Not really satisfied with the fact that I cannot get this laptop to copy and paste. Have had Dell support work on it and they couldn't get it fixed either. Other than that it is a fairly nice laptop.

Needed a new laptop for remote work went to Best Buy was assisted by Jesus who was very kind friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions. I love my laptop!

I love the versatility of this computer, I had a very similar one previously. My only complaint is that it is a little uncomfortable on your lap because of the way the screen is attached to the base, it sticks out a little further and creates some pressure.

I went back to Dell after having an HP touchscreen for about a yr. I even got my friend who is a big HP purchaser to buy a Dell laptop.

Beautiful display but The mouse pad is annoying. Somebody needs to come up with a better solution for laptops.

This is my fourth Dell computer across the past 15 years and I am just as happy with it as I have been with the others. I don't even look at other brands anymore, and once again I am well satisfied with the result.

Great laptop! The Dell-Inspiron 2-in-1 Touch screen laptop can double as an i-pad with an on-screen keyboard. Its 14"size fits in my purse. I love the ice Blue color!

It is nice and has decent battery life. The blue ice color is very cute.

The Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 14" screen laptop is a good performer, but it lacks a few key features. I find it difficult to maneuver the cursor using the touchpad. Also the directional arrows are OK but they are slow. there is no fast up or fast down option. For some reason I keep losing my wireless connection to my printer. I never had this problem with my previous laptop, which was a Lenovo. However, this Dell keeps dropping the connection for no apparent reason. I am also disappointed that there is no pen/stylus compatible with this model. Overall, this is good, but not great.

Our laptop got hacked, which required help from the Geek Squad. They were able to get the virus cleared out in a day. What a great bunch of young people! Knowledgeable and delightful to deal with. I also bought a new laptop and got very good service there as well. Thanks to all

Great computer. Kinda a little learning curve because its been quit a while since i brought a one. Had a work laptop. Got it onsale.
