Good price and fast Portable for my daily lifestyle

I really love usung it. I'm so glad my computer tech recommended this particular laptop. We had a desktop since i canr remember and this is a perfect replacement.

Good laptop for school (college) use. Only downside is that the fan sounds like a plane getting ready to take off, but it’s manageable. Keyboard feels good to type with.

This was a Christmas gift last year for my daughter who attends university. She has told me and I've heard for myself the laptop's fan being very loud. She compares it to an airplane taking off despite having the vents unobstructed. Its an SSD, so not sure why this is occurring. For this reason I wouldn't recommend this laptop: otherwise, it would be a great laptop.

Works very well. BIOS is slower than Samsung, takes a few extra seconds to get past it. No troubles so far after a few weeks. Touch screen works very well. Keyboard feels very nice and is very smooth. Works with all my peripherals and HP docking station.

Excellent machine, especially at $700. Enough memory, storage, and processing power for most people who are looking at a machine for basic productivity, streaming, and very casual gaming. Not a machine for serious gaming or video editing, but a good all-around product. Setup was easy and bloatware isn't an issue.

I've had this laptop for about six weeks now, and I am truly so pleased with it! Delivery and set-up were seamless, and I haven't had any issues with it so far. It can be a little noisy at times, but that's it. It travels well and helps me stay connected while I'm on the go.

This lap top has guided me through some tough data moments. Also, It’s good to have the “Geek Squad” (buy in. It’s a game changer) available during my day.

I was amazed and excited to use my personal laptop at home. It’s my gift for myself and reward for being a hardworking mom. I also wanted to say thank you to best buy for being accommodating and approachable staff because I purchased all my stuff without any hassle. Then, they offered a credit for me to have more savings and to be use for future purchase.

Works great for the price. Good processor, decent ram, and good storage.

I love it. Just a bit of adjusting to a much smaller footprint laptop - going from a 17 inch to a 14 inch screen. So far so good. It is a lot more efficient than my 12 year old previous laptop.

Great laptop. Performance has exceeded my expectations. It does run a bit hot and if you have it on your lap you will definitely notice it getting warm.

The laptop itself is a lot smaller than expected. Probably my fault for not figuring out its true size. The machine itself is very nice , solid and the colors on the screen are really good.

Nice laptop . Easy to use.i had some issues with Outlook which I had previous purchased from Microsoft. I was unable to receive or send email. Your Geek Squad was unable to help.
