    Fairly easy setup and I love the touchscreen!! The fingerprint feature is also a nice thing to have although it does not work all the time.

    The 16GB of RAM makes this a very responsive laptop. Keyboard is small but I'm using a wireless keyboard with it. The only issue I have is with the fingerprint sensor for logging in. It's a little finicky. Also, be sure not to plug the charger cable into the wrong USB-C port. The sale price at Best Buy was fantastic!

    I replaced my 15" Dell Inspiron with this 14" model. Though both are Two in One screens, I find that I actually use this size more as a tablet than the larger one. It's a much faster laptop with just the right features for me. The Windows 11 OS is a slick upgrade from my old W10. Glad I made the move!

    Got this for mother in laws work from home laptop. On the job i work with Dell laptops, Latitudes, these are definitely a tier above them I think from the brief time setting it up. She says ots workong great for her. Definitely get the geek squad protection for a few years incase something does go wrong or non tech savvy users need troubleshooting.

    I bought this for one of my clients due to the price to performance. This device provides a smooth experience for everyday use. I have no complaints other than the screen could be slightly bigger and switching between tablet mode and laptop mode bugs out every now and then.

    I really searched and went back and forth between laptops and I am so happy going with this one! I haven’t even played with it in other ways then work yet but I do a lot of multitasking two windows and the speed has kept up amazingly!
