    I love it. Just a bit of adjusting to a much smaller footprint laptop - going from a 17 inch to a 14 inch screen. So far so good. It is a lot more efficient than my 12 year old previous laptop.

    Best personal laptop I’ve owned. Dell support is good as well. Over a year old and no issues at all. Processor is quick no delay at all.

    I love the computer it’s fast I didn’t have any problems setting it up everything has gone as it said it would. The processor is good for what I use it for and I have no problems connecting to the internet. Great choice.

    My wife needed a new laptop for work and personal use. And after doing a lot of research, we decided on this. The combination of features for the price just can’t be beat. Now, keep in mind we did get it on sale for around $200 off the regular price. So that does impact the review. But if you can get it on sale, I definitely recommend it. If we wanted an HP or Lenovo at this price, we would have to give up something like the backlit keyboard or a smaller hard drive. Or if we did want every feature from a different brand, we’d have to spend more. The only reason I knocked a star off is because of the SSD. I have a lot of experience with various SSDs, and this is definitely noticeably slower than others (and I know it’s the SSD and not the RAM or CPU). But it doesn’t bother her at all.
