    Great laptop! The Dell-Inspiron 2-in-1 Touch screen laptop can double as an i-pad with an on-screen keyboard. Its 14"size fits in my purse. I love the ice Blue color!

    This is my fourth Dell computer across the past 15 years and I am just as happy with it as I have been with the others. I don't even look at other brands anymore, and once again I am well satisfied with the result.

    The Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 14" screen laptop is a good performer, but it lacks a few key features. I find it difficult to maneuver the cursor using the touchpad. Also the directional arrows are OK but they are slow. there is no fast up or fast down option. For some reason I keep losing my wireless connection to my printer. I never had this problem with my previous laptop, which was a Lenovo. However, this Dell keeps dropping the connection for no apparent reason. I am also disappointed that there is no pen/stylus compatible with this model. Overall, this is good, but not great.

    The software is very buggy and it tends to get slow a lot. I wish tit had better performance.

    There are some glitches, while using the laptop. But overall performance is decent for the price. There is a little lag when you play any game.

    In terms of the quality of the computer, it’s very good. Took me a while to get used to the features but did eventually figure it out. Employees were a huge help as they gave specific details over the computer features.

    Our laptop got hacked, which required help from the Geek Squad. They were able to get the virus cleared out in a day. What a great bunch of young people! Knowledgeable and delightful to deal with. I also bought a new laptop and got very good service there as well. Thanks to all
