Super fast and light on the lap this laptop exceeded my expectations. Added bonus i dont have to worry about the charger. I can charge it up from my phone charger which makes travel easier. Flawlessly runs high memory programs simultaneously. Used for business purposes. But you can keep copilot. It didnt even know what version it was.

Really like my new laptop, had to purchase since microsoft would no longer be supporting my old windows. This one is a little smaller now 14". Do like the smaller size is lightweight and easy to handle. Very speedy since my other laptop was slowing down.

I had a need for an affordable laptop that had the portability for working remotely and could still power the few games I play. I picked up an open-box at Best Buy Outlet, so affordable was an easy one.
At 3lbs and 14", it's certainly portable. The supplied power adapter is a good length, and you can't go wrong with the litany of options for USB-C PD. The battery life is great, I've worked a full day without plugging in and still had half the battery life remaining.
I've been really impressed by the depth of color and contrast for an LED display. The speakers are legitimately the best I've heard from a laptop, they're not perfect but far away from the tinny sound you normally get.
I don't play any graphically intense games, but the ones I do play have rated the 3D rendering better than my desktop GPU. I wasn't able to install the Epic Games launcher, which seemed to be incompatible with ARM architecture. The only other software incompatibility I've found was GData.
I'm only three months in but have no regrets. My only one gripe is the trackpad is too sensitive, it frequently ghost taps between highlighting and right clicking text.

I've been a bit hesitant to jump on a Dell Inspiron as back in the day when I worked at Best Buy, I saw quite a bit of poor driver issues on Dell units in general. It's been a while, hoping they've improved. The screen on this is surprisingly bright and crisp. The keyboard is the best I've used. The trackpad could be better, but definitely not bad. ARM is much more mature than it used to be. I only felt as though ARM wasn't ready in one circumstance - using Android Studio. Getting it to install was impossible, and then getting SDKs to install was a nightmare. I'd given up, and was about to consider swapping to the midnight blue Ryzen 7 model that's on sale this week, but somehow at some point Android Studio properly installed everything. I'm aware it's not ARM-native, so it does take a hit on battery life compared to if it was; and you also can't use the emulator (must use a physical device). These are both fine as this also isn't my main device (my main device is an SLS1). The rest of my use is entirely ARM-native. Battery life is also superb. Hope this device lasts me; the Ryzen HP Envy 14 I previously had crapped out within a few months. I cautiously recommend this, noting that you need to do research on whether the software you use is compatible, and further, that even if it all is, that you may end up needing software down the road that isn't and maybe doesn't even work with the Prism emulation layer. Overall, though, I think 95% of users will enjoy this.

I recently purchased a Dell laptop, and I’m impressed. Here’s why:
User-Friendly: The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate. Whether you’re a tech-savvy user or a beginner, you’ll feel comfortable using this laptop.
Perfect Size: Dell struck the right balance with the size. It’s not too big to be cumbersome, yet not too small to compromise usability.
Fast Processing: The laptop’s processing speed is remarkable. Whether you’re multitasking or running resource-intensive applications, it handles everything swiftly.
Overall, I highly recommend this Dell laptop for its user-friendly design, ideal size, and impressive performance.

The Dell Inspiron 14 Plus with Snapdragon X+ is a sleek, portable laptop perfect for productivity and everyday use. Powered by the Snapdragon platform, it ensures smooth multitasking while delivering exceptional battery life of up to 12 hours. The vibrant display enhances work and entertainment, though it can struggle in bright environments. This laptop is lightweight and efficient, making it ideal for students and professionals, though not suited for intensive gaming or heavy creative workloads. A reliable choice for those on the go.

I purchased a laptop from Best Buy, and I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service. The laptop performs smoothly — fast startup, great battery life, and excellent display quality.

Love the laptop which is a great size and easily connected. Only issue I’m having is Geeks have the owner name as my husband not me. Expecting they can correct that.

This laptop has been working great. It is easy to use and holds the charge for a very long time. Fast on the internet and the screen picture quality is very clear. Great product overall.

I've used it mostly for work when traveling, and it's been fine for that. I don't game. I've not had any compatibility issues. The screen is fine (not stellar). Battery life has been good. Pretty much consistent with my expectations.

The computer works pretty good. It has all the basic features that other computers have but the thing that makes this one standout is that is a copilot button so that you can access copilot at any time. It also has a touchscreen and a backlit keyboard. The only thing I don't like is that there is limited flexibility, the laptop barely moves past 90 degrees so you can't tilt it all the way.

Initially, I had purchased a new Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 Laptop from Best Buy, but there was an error with administrator access that no one was able to figure out at Geek Squad. I was pretty disappointed that I had to trade it in for another laptop, as I needed one quickly for school. I got this one instead at $100 extra from my other purchase but haven't noticed anything negative about the product. So far, after a few weeks, everything is running smoothly, and the graphics look very crisp. I usually keep my laptop plugged in, but the battery life is decent on its own. For work and school, I'd say this is a really nice purchase overall.

Great display and awesome performance. The snapdragon chips are amazing, they perform very efficiently for all task. If you can buy this on sale it's a no-brainer.
