Purchased for doing school work on line. This laptop has everything I need for school. Couldn't be happier.

So this laptop is a touch screen, didn't even know what when I bought it, I bought it because it was a great value for price. Now the touch screen is an awesome bonus for my buy

The electronics are quick since it's all solid state but the wireless is slow. It runs cool which is good because it sits on a soft surface a lot of the time. The caveat for the wireless comparison is to a Chromebook that doesn't do anything else than it's Google thing.

very fast delivery, got my order in 2 days. The laptop is very good. Worked flawlessly. Cannot ask for anything more for the price of $150.00. My kid carries it to school every day and leaves her heavy laptop home.

Purchased this as a gift for my mother and from the moment we turned it on it was issue after issue. The touch screen feature was the only positive thing! Returning it today for a Mac.

I bought for my child.for use high school.size was okay,14 inches... but,it was very very slower than old laptop.

I bought this to use at school but unfortunately it runs very slowly. I intended to use this for word processing, excel, powerpoint, and accessing the internet. Unfortunately when it came to getting online, it ran very slow for some reason. The pages I tried accessing were school websites that shouldn't demand many resources but it still could not load them in a timely manner. I have since returned the product and upgraded for something with a better processor and RAM.

This laptop works great. It doesn't have the hard drive to do multiple things, but if you're just looking to do some homework or watch a movie it's great.

This computer is light weight. Thought it would be good. OMG... It is so slow and absolutely would NOT allow me to back it up. The memory seems very small and when I am trying to use it online some things will absolutely not load. Very bad. Must be bottom of the line. Very disappointing. I will see if I can exchange it

The experience I have had with this model has been very disappointing. The first unit completely died before I could even get the office set up on it. Now I am having to do email on my phone because the Dell can't keep up with anything. It was a great price but not for the frustration that it had given me.

I purchased this computer for work. It works great for it's intended use and the touch screen is an added bonus that we use regularly.

Bought this for the internet usage and it's perfect. I was also able to transfer pictures easily. Great speed and easy to use.

Lite weight very well priced glad that it offered Microsoft just wish it would of had an Ethernet slot

Worst slowest laptop! I wish I could take it back but not after 2 weeks, I hate it I keep losing my site It constantly says not responding and goes blank in the middle of a project and I have to start over !!! Again I'm furious

Smaller size means its easily transportable. But it has all the appropriatr whistles that we needed

OK for online use but filled up the 32gb of storage with what I wanted.
