Touch screen amazing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The computer doesn't have much storage which I was told when I bought, bought it mainly to just browse the web and maybe use Microsoft office for updating my resume. Definitely not for someone who's a gamer or downloader but simple.

The worst

I bought it based on reviews and the fact that DELL was ranked #2 computer behind Apple for 2016. The touch screen was a plus for me when I was looking for computers. It seems the touch screen feature works better than the mouse pad. I would like both to work if it is going to be considered a laptop. In addition, the lack of RAM makes this computer very slow. I don't use my computer for much, online shopping or internet browsing mostly. If I try to accomplish more than one task, forget it. It just spins and spins with a perfect internet connection. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Excellent Buy for a Starter Laptop

Works well and with Microsoft Office loaded on for a year, and intel processor and a touch screen, this makes an excellent purchase.
