    It's been a while since I bought a new pc and I didn't realize a few things were no longer standard features; like ethernet connection and CD/DVD player. I had to buy an ethernet connection. I have not bought a CD/DVD player yet.

    Ordering online was not easy. Called the 800 number had a miserable experience with the rep. Asked to speak to a manager several times, rep would not transfer me. Eventually rep did transfer me. Informed supervisor of miserable experience. Apologized, but made no offers. Was told by supv. Wait until computer arrived.

    We bought this laptop so I could learn something about PC’s. I’m afraid I just couldn’t understand how to use it, but my wife was thrilled when we decided she could get a thousand times more from it than I could even hope for. She was very happy to take it from me and I was thrilled to be able to make her so happy.
