The best deal that I had this year, I like it so much.

Had a hp had problems decided to try dell so far love it.

It's a great computer and does everything I want it too. The thing I don't like. and I didn't know this when I ordered it, is there is no keyboard back lighting. I have a difficult time seeing the keyboard letters. I solved the problem by buying an inexpensive light for my desk.

I've had it for weeks, and it functions very well.

Excellent associate advice given my discussed needs.

Much faster, but more complicated for me. I'm just not familiar with some of the new features like The Cloud.

Works great. Wish it had a backlit keyboard, though. Laptop mfg's should stsrt making all their computers with backlit keyboards & they should all include a mouse that comes with it thats included in the packaging. Thats a sure fire way for them to increase sales!!

Dell is a reliable and affordable product ... the transfer from my previous laptop was done professionally by your Geek Squad ... they took all the time I needed to understand the new laptop and the transferred data from my prior unit

I just bought a Dell Inspiron 15 computer and am working my way through the learning curve. So far it looks to be a good way to go for me. I'm not computer literate and had to lean on the GEEK people to help me familiarize myself with it. They were very patient and helpful. It's good to know there is help when you need it. Thank you.

Good and fast. Missing few backlight on keys which is little annoying

This is my first ever laptop and I think its a really nice laptop i love the size, all the features, and i love the copilot i would definitely recommend.

Does the work it has to do. I love the number pad on the side!

I love it. It's exactly what I wanted, works great.

I purchased this laptop for my personal home use and it is perfect for me. The Best Buy rep worked with me to get it set up so the transition was seamless. The only slight issue I have is the battery life is not great. But since I use the unit at home near an outlet, it isn't an issuefor me.
