Very Disappointed

Spent about 3 weeks putting in personal files and setting it up the way I wanted. Didn't even last a month before one morning it would not even turn on. Best Buy is being very good about returning it but my issue is with all my personal sensitive information in there. Having to trust that the hard drive would be wiped clean and that my info would protected is tough for me to believe. I would handle that part myself but can only assume me opening up the laptop and accessing the hard drive to wipe my personal info would some how prevent me from returning it. So worried about that to the point that I am considering eating the price of the laptop and not returning it just for piece of mind. Which is just sad but.......

WAY TOO SLOW

I had a 10 year old HP that was basically out of memory and STILL runs faster than this. I bought it specifically to have something that downloads fast, bought the version with a 1 TB hard drive and it's downloading at speeds that bring me back to AOL dial up. I'm actually shocked computers can exist in 2025 that run this slow. DO NOT BUY

Picked up on 4/1, set up on 4/2 and on 4/17 it is totally dead. Return window closed on 4/16. So what now? I get to pay a bunch more for Geek Squad protection so I can get a 2-week-old laptop repaired????? Really??? Beyond that, this thing felt really cheap when it worked. Not at all like the Dell I was replacing. Which still works BTW but can't upgrade Windows 10. This is a racket!!

However, with this current model, when I started windows setup, there were issues: it would not connect to the internet and would stay frozen in some windows home screen without any apps. So I had to return it immediately. Thus, won't recommend.

After updates and restarts, it won't power on again. It was a waste of money. I guess Dell makes cheap laptops. I won't buy Dell again. HP is much better than Dell.

Product did not come as advertised with proper accessories and during set up, I experienced technical hiccups almost immediately. Had to return the same day.

The bottom gets hot with no activity from the keys or screen. It worked fine since purchased with no symptoms of issue(s) until now
