Nice computer for the price. Is perfect round machine that tackles everything I need it to do. Just use it for business accounting and some streaming.

It comes in S Mode, but super easy to get it out of S Mode. Highly recommend if you aren't looking to spend a lot on a ok laptop

Pleasantly surprised!, it was on sale so I thought It would be just Ok. But it has delivered above my expectations.

This is a terrific laptop, with plenty of memory and a large hard drive, but it is missing one critical element - something that would have been very inexpensive to include - a backlit keyboard. It is hard to believe that Dell would make an otherwise great laptop into just good. Amazing that minor element (which is very important) was eliminated when it would have cost them so very little to include. We bought 2 of these laptops and the missing backlit keyboard was enough for my husband to sell his.

Very lightweight and it has all the features that I need. Easily connected wirelessly to my Epson printer.dell once again did not disappoint.

Great laptop. It's worth the buy. It lives up to my expectations.

Sp far i am enjoying the laptop. I havent face anu challenges. All i jeed to do is to ensure the system is shutdown or restart properly .

This is just what i needs to pair with my Dell Desktop PC. I charges fast with a good battery life. I have recommended to friends and family.

Great laptop- I like the larger screen. Dell is consistently reliable. I bought this one as it has a large memory capacity. This is my second laptop from Dell.

The computer itself is great.unfortunately I chose to have it delivered because the Best Buy web site said that would be faster than picking it up from the store. Big mistake. Nearly a month later I finally was able to pick it up at the store after delivery failed. This also require about 2 hours of time either talking with customer service or on hold. If you buy this computer, pick it up at the store!

Excellent computer for business use. Touchscreen is definitely a plus.

The Dell laptop that we purchased from Best Buy is up and running. Very easy to get going and has functioned as expected.
