    On a budget and my Dell that was purchased back in 2015 would no longer be able to receive the Windows updates, complaints-battery charge doesn't seem to last as long and the keyboard doesn't light up.

    this laptop was an excellent choice for my 16-year-old for his school work. It has enough memory for upgrades and it is strong enough for quick startups. I is not for serious gamers. I wanted a laptop that would endure that he focuses on academics.

    Computer starts up and responds quickly. Have not run into any issues with loading software. Came with Windows 11, but turned off the S mode so that I could load other software not in the app store.

    I had an older laptop that was ready for replacement due to age and the upcoming loss of Windows 10 support. I have had a Dell Inspiron in the past and the storage and memory in this model covered my needs...I am not a gamer and don't need graphic abilities. This one should fill my needs.
