Do not buy a computer from Dell! Their service is absolutely horrible. I purchased this computer in October and 2 months later I get an error message stating the hard drive needs replacing. After scanning the QR code on the screen I get an option to have the hard drive sent to me. I have to install it. The email from Dell states they want the defective drive back, but be sure to erase any personal information. How do I do that exactly? The drive is dead and I can't boot the computer. They refused to send the new drive unless I agreed to send them the old drive back. They'll get their drive back. Good luck stealing my information from it though! I will never buy another Dell product again. Dell USED to make a good computer but now they make junk! I should have stuck with HP! My 8 year old HP still works, but can't be updated to Windows 11 and Microsoft won't provide security updates. STAY AWAY FROM DELL!

Just what I needed. It’s lightweight and it has a great performance

Leaving this at average at the moment. I've had the laptop for approximately 2 weeks and was enjoying the ease of using it and the many conveniences. But this morning unit will not turn on. Frustrating! schedule appointment with Geek squad for tomorrow. I'll let you know what happens.

Excellent price, easy setup and good image quality

Fast laptop but the charging port is horrible. Already went bad 3 months in.

Battery Life is only 3 hours; graphic card is questionable; but worse I wanted to buy maintenance warranty but. It is not a BEST BUY stock item so they want nothing to do with it. It was not shipped from DELL so DELL wants nothing to do with it. Whoever shipped it had no documents or contact info included. Buyer beware, if there is a problem YOU are on your OWN.

So far working well. Fan comes on at times but Geek Squad checked and it's fine. A good inexpensive laptop. Very comfortable to use.

LOL, it was sitting where the HP was supposed to be and was grabbed by mistake so it was returned and exchanged the same day

The computer has worked well. I don't like that when you sleep it, the USB's stay powered up, but I think there may be a way to fix that.
