I wanted a laptop for school work and for just surfing the web. This laptop is perfect for just that! Has a large touchscreen with high speeds and i love the feel of the keyboard. The number pad on the right side is a plus too. I highly recommend tbis purchase, especially for the price!

This laptop replaces my old Dell laptop that was approximately 15 years old. Needless to say there have been several improvements made over the years and I appreciate every one of them. I love the smaller size, lighter weight, faster speed just to name a few.

We purchased this Dell to run our live worship service. It works well, is compact and fast.

It fast, it have enough usb to use it light and compact. Down side is the pre-installed bloware and it S mode it seen a little too annoying to deal with but after uninstalling the software that you wont need and removing the S mode it a fast laptop to use.

Everything works well besides, I have had some problems with it overheating and crashing at times when I am not using it. It will be asleep, in my backpack and then suddenly try to update or idk what it's doing. The fan will kick hard, and can't force it to shut down, can't wake it up, screen won't turn on. Takes 15-20 minutes of letting it sit for the last time to get it to go back to normal and calm/cool down.

I bought this laptop for home use. I was replacing an HP 18” screen laptop and thought this might be too small for me but it is not.It is fast, meets my needs and I am very happy with it so far.

Perfect laptop for our teen daughter who is pursuing animation, art and design. We got her a drawpad that connects and the laptop has handeled everything smoothly. The touch screen is a bonus, and the battery life is average, but the storage and speed are great.

Since the hardware on my old PC is not compatible with Windows 11, I purchased this to replace it. Features missing that are on my other PC The camera is not capable of Windows Hello Facial recognition. No fingerprint reader. No lighted keyboard, Helpful if the PC is used in the bedroom. The one-year Dell Service does not include in-home service.

The system was easy to set up and is an awesome upgrade from my other laptop. Screen is exceptionally clear and the light weight and form factor is a major plus.

I love this computer, its durable, it works fast and the battery lasts as long as it should. I believe it is a good buy for anyone searching for durable computer with great features.

For the price is a really good computer. It has a big screen and it is fast. The only thing battery doesnt last long. BUt over all is fantastic!

My wife's computer died. Went to Best Buy to get another laptop. This computer was set next to the HP. Same size, and price. The dell had 8GB more memory, and 500GB more SSD. The touchscreen is pretty awesome as well.

Was a great price for the specs. Computer works perfectly fine and is very lightweight (almost to the point of feeling fragile). Screen definitely feels small, I think I'll only go for 16" or larger screens in the future. I would recommend this for a powerful, low-cost work laptop.

So far, it's quick and responsive, screen is crystal clear, touch screen is helpful, and I appreciate the ample storage capacity.
