This laptop has just about everything you need. I added an external drive to add more USB ports as I had a mouse and Scanner attached to my 13-year-old Dell laptop which was still working but couldn't upgrade to Windows 11 (it needed to be retired) :(!

Still learning how to operate everything. Had my old Sony Vaio for many years and was disappointed to find they quit making them. I think this laptop was a good price. It was recommended to me by someone who worked in IT.

Fast, lightweight and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing fancy, just a solid laptop for work/school. I dont game on PC so can't comment, but i dont think this is meant for gaming. Keyboard layout seems off- when typing, I keep mis-striking keys on upper right (e.g. delete), but I do appreciate full number key set.

My old Windows 10 from 2014 couldn’t upgrade, was slow and needed replaced anyway, this was right what I needed for budget and an awesome buy!

Adequate computer. Price was decent. However, the trade-in was a not what I expected. Provided information. Told send in once I received new computer. Sent. Said received and will determine $$. Then it shows back up on my doorstep without any explanation. Trying to connect to help??

I'm going back to school and my current laptop wasn't working. Just needed something that will last for the next 2-3years. This computer gives me everything I need.

Nice product for the money. The dell gets 4 stars. Best buy wanted $160.00 to set it up...and I bought it from them! So 1 star for the piracy of best buy geek squad.

I like how usable this laptop is for me. I like that I can use the mouse pad and the touch screen to write documents and grade papers. It makes it so much easier to show my students what to do.

Great laptop highly advise for anyone to use it would bite again

It works very well. The one thing I forgot to is, is the key pad backlit. This model is not. You need some light or you can't see the keys letter. Best to have a backlit key board.

I wish I could have kept this computer but my husband made me return it because he isn’t very supportive of my going back to college
