I needed a capable, reasonably priced computer in a hurry. This Dell laptop filled all my needs and more at a price less than I had anticipated.

Excellent service in the store , very well trained associate, he helped us throughout the process, very happy with his help and the courtesy that he used.

I ordered this laptop and it was here a mere 27 hours later. Just amazing considering I live in the U.P. of Michigan.

Purchased the computer to date I am not having any problems.

Don’t particularly care for Microsoft, seems it still has to much control. Yet, I still prefer it to Apple. Now that it is all setup I’m very happy with my choice, plus it was a great Labor Day deal!!!

I bought the computer for my business and it is a very, very successful and really high quality product, it is a complete price performance product, even a higher performance product compared to its price.

This is perfect. I bought this for my son, because he uses it for school. He had an easy time setting it up and has had success using it daily!

a little slower than my Dell w/intel core i7 and 16GB memory. I purchased it mainly because it has the 10 key keyboard. I'm good with it even though it is slower.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a Dell laptop before, but I haven’t had a laptop in a long time but so far it seems to be really nice. I would recommend it.

Every thing is fine with the price however giving 4 stars because of battery health. If you are looking for longer range of battery backup then this is not for you

I wanted a Dell because I had great luck with my last Dell' couldn't update to Windows 11. Good service from the Geek Squad.

My first laptop was a Dell, which I liked a lot. My second one is also a Dell. Windows 10 was so much easier to use than Windows 11. I had no problems. What I could do with 10 I cannot do with 11.

good computer for person who doesn't need all the bells and whistles.

very pleased, needed to upgrade Best Buy had a great selection to compare but I had a Dell and was pleased so I decided to stay with Dell. Very dependable
