Knowing I can contact Geek Squad again with any issues...important to me.

I do notice that the sound is not as good as my previous HP laptop, and the colors on the display are not as vibrant. However, the Dell is more affordable and I just use it for routine activities such as email, tracking my investment portfolio, surfing the web and correspondence etc.

It serves my needs and I am happy with it. This is the first laptop that I have owned so it took a little getting use to but I like that it has a touch screen as well as the ability to use a mouse.
