This is a good quality Dell product that performs as it should for the components it has. This laptop replaced a Dell studio 1737 purchased in 2009 that is still working. So my experience is based on my comparisons with a 12 yr old Dell that was well equipped for its time. Construction, although made of plastic is solid, better than I expected. Everything works well, start up is fast, video quality good, Bluetooth, Wifi connect quickly. The laptop did not come with a lot of bloatware loaded on it. It is thin lightweight and real a good buy for the price. A similarly equipped laptop on Dell’s website would have been easily $150 more from what I saw on both outlet and regular configurations. The laptop is strictly for home use so I expect it to last a long time. Delivery from Bestbuy was earlier than expected. Customer service personnel that called to verify the purchase and delivery were very kind and courteous. Overall I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

I am very satisfied with the speed and quality of literally everything of this computer! But the camera quality is awful, I’ve done everything in my skill set (slightly above average Joe) and it is as at its highest definition... it shouldn’t require much effort if anyone thinks so, a purchase should be available at high quality for the average buyer. Over all, it was a solid purchase and would recommend it for its gaming and work capabilities but would also recommend investing in a high quality webcam.

I bought the Dell - Inspiron 15.6 FHD Touch Laptop for my grandchildren. With Covid running rampant and their doing remote schooling, this device has been a life saver. My granddaughter's school computer stopped working so I bought her this Dell. It has a touchscreen which is ideal for a 10 year old. It has a speedy 256 GB SSD so the laptop boots up in seconds as well as a TB HDD for storing files. My 14 year old grandson is used to Macs and originally fought me on this purchase. After he saw it had a touchscreen, an amazingly bright screen and the speed of the SDD he was sold which was good for me price wise. This is a great piece of hardware and well worth the price.

Great home office laptop, good picture, fast, and more than enough storage, all at a great price. Only issue is that it comes with Windows 10s, which only let's you download apps that are on the windows store, however you can switch out of windows 10s

The laptop is exactly what I was looking for, my mother works from home and needed something reliable. Good size screen, fast processor, and the dual storage with hard drive and solid state is great for her. Using her most used programs on the solid state for a faster start up, and the hard drive for all her documents, photos, etc. Great buy!

Really nice laptop. I love the touchscreen and the overall look of it. It runs really smooth and can handle any work I have. It iz primarily used for college work but has no problems running games. Overall would reccomend

This computer does all i need and more. Very fast, plenty of storage. Was bought for my cdaft room and is perfect! Touchscreen works well, sound is great. Would definitely purchase again.

I love thus laptop! I bought it to run my business and it does everything i need. Its very fast and has plenty of storage. Its also lightweight and charges quit quickly. The battery last a long time as well.

Purchased this PC to replace an old Dell Latitude E6500. So far it's been a great PC. Getting used to Windows 10, as stated by other reviewers need to remove S mode on Windows 10 to use previously purchased programs. The 15" screen is very clear and the 256 GB SSD boots up fast. Use the 1 TB HDD for picture storage and data backup for the SSD. Also backup data on a portable 1 TB drive, can't be too safe now days. Like to travel and take this along to process pictures from digital cameras and keep creditors paid while on the road. Does everything I want from a laptop.

Quite happy with it so far with it's one big caveat as shipped. Comes with Windows 10s. 10s is a locked down version that only allows software out of the windows store to be installed. It can easily be set back to the standard windows 10 version to run everything but may have a speed penalty if done. I'm leaving as is for now as I do have another older pc to run my other software and startup speed was one of my top priorities for this machine. The windows store is well stocked with the basic app's I need. And as it won't allow outside virus vendor software to be installed one has to place faith in Microsoft to keep it secure with their proprietary included protection measures.

We have been very happy with this laptop. For the money it has been excellent. My son uses it for school, but it could be used for home office, easily! He also plays light gaming on it, such as Minecraft (he uses a dedicated server and invites friends who all play together), as well as many STEAM games. He also likes to stream shows/movies on this device. He has been happy with everything, except for a few mic/sound issues. It's kind of an intermittent thing. We are hoping some updates will fix this, but Best Buy has ordered us a replacement just in case the updates don't cut it. Best Buy has allowed us to use this device while we wait for delivery on the other device, which has been very helpful.

I appreciated mostly that Best Buy was able to put this laptop into my hands before Christmas, since it was a gift to my grandson. He is a gamer. He liked the big screen and was pleasantly surprised that it was touchscreen (unlike the first one he requested). I appreciated the features that went with the price. All happy with our choice here!

Good computer. It is able to handle simple game scenes being developed using Unity3d. I mostly use it for internet, printing, etc. So, I don't really run the processor too much except when playing around with Unity. It is pretty thin when closed and light-weight.

Fast computer and graphics are great. The price was good as well.

I love this laptop. The screen is amazing, size and picture quality are perfect. The touch screen works very well. I purchased this item for nursing school and everything is running smoothly and efficiently. The price was reasonable for the laptop and perfect for nursing students that may be on a tight budget. It was just over 500 when I purchased the product.

I found a great price at Best Buy for this laptop, and it's features perfectly fitted my needs...and it's a DELL to boot. I love how quick it is with it's SSD main "drive", but also has a conventional 1TB drive for storage that doesn't need as quick of access, plus it works great as a backup media. The touch screen is icing on the cake!!
