This computer runs great and I am able to run statistics programs and games on it easily

Great value and performance. The performance of the AMD Ryzen with 12GB RAM keeps up with mid-level CAD work, all my photo software, and daily tasks such as email, web browsing, etc. The SSD drive makes startup incredible fast relative to other PCs I use. The touch screen is responsive and has a matte surface. Screen is bright and streaming movies look great. Minecraft plays well but not used as a heavy gaming machine. After about a month, I really like this PC and would buy again!

Looks more Grey than black. Seem pretty fast and smooth. Resolution is pretty good and sharp. Brighter than my older Lenovo. Basic keyboard...not back lit and doesn't have battery indicator on front panel or highlight to let you know when number lock is activated. For the money it's a solid machine so far. Hard to find large memory machines with over 8gb ram unless you go way up in price.

Good computer with really good features. But screen was too small.

I am very happy with this purchase. Great speed and amazing battery. Touchscreen makes it all the more useful.

This laptop charge doesn't last long and has had issues since purchasing. Should have returned it within the return window. Now, I need to replace. I have to keep it on the charger or it cuts off.

Very nice laptop that mostly meets my needs. One surprise was the fact that the operating system is MS Windows 10 with S mode. That mode restricts apps and other things you can download. On the plus side, MS says with the S mode you do not need any special anti-virus and malware software other than that loaded on the PC.

I love this laptop, easy to use. The touch screen is a big help, all I needed for my daughter.

I am not a fan of Windows 10 at all and I admit I had preconceived bad thoughts about dell. That being said, this laptop impressed me so far. The features are great. It runs fast and smooth. It was easy to set up. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it does not have a backlit keyboard which I feel should be standard in today's world.

Like my new Dell laptop. It has all the necessary functions and is easy to use. I like the size even better than my old laptop. At 15.6 inches it is more comfortable to use than the larger 17 in. laptop. The variety of ways to use it are also helpful. It is touchscreen, keyboard or you can purchase a mouse if that's what you're used to.
