Good buy
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you can't have a Mac, this is a good back up choice, affordable and capable. We bought this for our business where it is used to manage our outbound shipping; a job it performs well. Hard to imagine a basic computer function for which this would not suffice.

Good Laotop
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good performance laptop at a very fair price. The Windows 10S operating system is something to be aware of, as there are numerous popular applications you can't use/access without leaving the safety walls of 10S. We're happy to work within these limits - at least for now.

Great deal on a great computer.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you don’t care about intense video gaming and just want to do mostly business on this, it’s awesome! Never thought I’d enjoy a touch screen or Corona talking to me but those things made the set up a breeze! And if I wasn’t using this with a docking cube and dual monitors, the lack of a backlit keyboard would bother me.

Design Difficulties on my End but a Stellar Laptop
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Full disclosure: I've only been using it for a few hours total. My only qualms so far are more design than performance which breaks down to personal preference. The track pad is not centered but left-aligned which throws me off a little still and is a bit of an adjustment from my previous laptop (Lenovo Yoga 710) and the back portion of the laptop is more of a fingerprint magnet than I'd like. The keys are also smaller and flatter than I'm used to due to the addition of the side-number pad. Additionally, it does not have Chrome installed and gives you super ominous warnings if you try to switch over to it. Other than that, set up was fine and it runs super smoothly and quickly. Though not a 2-in-1, something I thought I'd miss, this Dell does have plenty of flexibility in screen and seems durable as far as laptops go in body. I am unsure if I will keep it yet as the design differences and "feel" differences are proving to be hard adjustments but it's a great laptop and will be a great performer for anyone nonetheless. But if you're switching over from something else, keep these design differences in mind!!!

Great value fir computer upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the size & less weight as compared to my 2012 dell Inspiron. The speed & ease of use makes the switch much easier. It’s a great upgrade fir the price. Microsoft 365 takes done getting used to as well as the keyboard keys are different from last dell.

Excellent laptop for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a simple yet powerful laptop that suits my everyday home and office needs very well. It's a 5-start product except for two smaller issues. The audio is not the greatest and the fan is very loud when cooling during a reboot. Otherwise, excellent.

Fast and Quick
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fast and awesome as expected. Didn't realize it was a touch screen so that was an added surprise. Only reason it's 4 and not 5 star is that I'm not at all a fan of the keyboard and mouse pad. Other than that, love it.

Battery sucks
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall it seems like a nice computer. Biggest problem I have is that the battery only lasts between 2-3 hours. This is VERY upsetting to me! When I shopped, I understood the battery would last up to 10 hours. I have had 1/2 dozen laptops through my work and except one, all laptop batteries have lasted 8-10 hours with no problem. I don’t know what to do. I purchased it on-line, and I see no way of communicating with someone on-line about it. (Lemon?)

Posted .Hello WonderWomon,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with the battery. Below I have provided steps and a link that should resolve this issue.
1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon.
2. On the options list, click Power Options.
3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 10 has a built-battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You can enable or disable this mode within settings, or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.
a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver.
b) If running Cortana, then type Battery Saver into the search box and choose from the results.
Within the Battery Saver settings page, you will be able to turn on and off the feature and customize the feature to meet your needs best.
c) Turn Battery Saver On or Off.
d) Additional settings are available via the Battery use and Battery saver settings links.
e) Battery use shows further info on apps and their power usage.
f) Battery Saver Settings screen allows you to customize additional Battery Saver features.

You asked me to rate your service/products
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Still learning the upgrade from XP no help from you guys. My printer setup got messed up and the geeks couldn’t log in because windows 10S won’t download the software. Home visits cost 50 bucks a pop and can’t get here for about 10 days. Then The tech got sick and the appointment was missed and apparently is up to me to reschedule. That’s getting thru the telephone maze only to expect your quality service in another 10 days to two weeks. Which will leave me without the reports I need to print for an out of town meeting. So how do you think I think it’s going?
