Solid laptop for the cheaper end. Definitely not premium. But gets the job done. Lags with 365 and other business software but decent for browsing the web and just basic tasks.

This is fast and efficient PC that you shouldn't be afraid of removing Windows 10/S. It was easy then I loaded all my previous windows 10 apps like quicken and turbo tax... What a great price $469.99. This PC is worth much more.

Light-weight laptop and low bloatware. More than enough for daily use and normal business desk-work and meetings. Very fast boot up times and excellent battery life per charge. Price is excellent also. Touch screen is a bonus.

Great price/performance ratio. This processor is super snappy. The touchpad was a bit flaky at first, but after several rounds of Windows and driver updates it's working fine.

Easy to use. Love Dell's. Don't need a gaming computer, but wanted something I could use for pictures and such...this one is great. Speed is perfect, nothing extra I don't need.

Light and powerful. Easy to get set up and running. Good battery life. I needed a windows pc to work with laser design . I am normally a Apple user for personal use but use Dell products for work the pc lives up to expectations.

I needed a simple computer that can run Microsoft Office for school and work. I don't play games, so I don't know if it works. I do like the fact that it has the number pad on the keyboard and the touch screen is a fun feature.

I'm a little disappointed in the build quality of this laptop. I knew I wasn't getting something premium, but I didn't expect this laptop to feel as cheap as it does. Internally, I can't complain about the components or the performance of this computer. At the price point, they're pretty stellar. I would recommend switching from S mode to Windows 10 (which can be done through the App Store). The computer keyboard is comfortable to type on and it's spill resistant, but it's hard to see the keys sometimes with the black on black coloring and a lack of a backlight feature (although I knew this upon purchasing). The display is lacking compared to similar laptops in this price range, but the touch screen feature works well. The trackpad is super sensitive and sometimes registers touches that aren't made. Overall, if you want a bare bones laptop that handles every day tasks well, this is a decent computer. I'm not sure it's a good value for the price point though. For me, it missed the mark and I'll be returning this purchase and getting something comparable.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter, and she is thrilled! It's super fast and reliable. This is the third laptop I have purchased for her and it will definitely carry her straight through her college career and beyond.

I like this laptop it gets the job done and it’s touch screen. The battery is good. Only down side is the screen is that bright but it works for me. Everything else is amazing.

Excellent computer, but I do not like that Windows 10 forces the user to save everything to One Drive. I’ve not been able to successfully turn it off yet. The computer itself is fast. Dell products are always excellent.

Runs great! Does everything I need it to do. While it does not have a DVD-ROM drive, I don't need it as I download all the programs I use anyway. Well worth the price!

Great price for what you get,Got it when they had it for 100$ off.You get 12 MB Ram which is a big upgrade over 4 or 8 and well worth the money. 3D card is acceptable.

I really like the touch screen option. Good screen resolution and an excellent memory. Available programs are a great selection.

Everything I expected.Easy to use, lots of features and perfect for the non-gamers. I especially love the touch screen. Delivery to my house was a great choice.

I bought this laptop to replace my old Dell. My son helped me on choosing this one and I'm Loving it!!! Super fast which is great! My husband and I really like it. So far so good we love everything about it!!!

My daughter likes that she can touch the screen to operate it. I thought I purchased one that bends backwards to a tablet

Works well. It starts in Windows S mode, which is an inconvenience, but once you're out of that it's great. Runs fast. Plenty of hd space for what I need it for.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Light-weight, great processing power. It handles the lite gaming that I do very well. I did get it while it was on sale, which makes it a fantastic buy for me.

Great laptop to work from home from, fast and I like all of the storage. I also enjoy the numeric keys which many laptops don’t have. Would recommend for daily internet use, and work or school from home.
