I was very happy with the performance of this laptop. That was until the screen decided to turn white and never work again. It is a budget laptop that is running Windows 10S that is supposed to be good but attempts to be like MacOS. The attempt to force you to use only apps from the Microsoft store is pretty bad. The only way that the machine will accept accessing other apps is if they have a web browser interface. So running Zoom natively is out yet Teams is not standard.....

Great laptop and feature set for the price. Using for multimedia production and works adequately for that and business. Wish it had backlit / lighted keyboard

Works great! Great price! I love it, speakers are awesome and the screen had great picture and everything is very easy to use. I love the touch screen! switches back and forth on its own, smoothly.

I was returning a laptop, that I had bought and didn't like it because it was all black and hard to read the keys. I returned this laptop for an exchange and was helped by your team in getting this accomplished. I ask who I should talk to and the gentleman at the return desk took me back and said this is the person you want to talk to. This team member showed me several laptops, that would fit my needs and the one he selected was exactly what I had in mind. Very pleasant to be treated like you were special. I got this for my mom to replace an inspiron 5000 from 4 years ago whose hard drive died and could not be replaced in the repair shop for some reason. When she opened it, she said that this laptop "felt cheap compared to the other one", but after using it a bit more she is happy with it. She was able to go through first time setup all by herself even though she's not tech savvy at all. She is teaching with it remotely all day and says the video quality is very good.

I purchased this particular computer because my future son-in-law said that this would be a great computer for what I need it for. I still have to play around with it, but I love the speed!

Easy to use. Lightweight and durable. HD quality is great for the laptop to be so small. So far so good.

Nice lap top for the price. This is not a gaming laptop but good for working from home. Fast start up. For the money with 12 gig ram and ssd with a sata drive it is a very good home laptop. All the laptops for the price being sold at stores do not come close to the spec of this laptop.

I bought this computer for my son who is 14 years-old. It works really well, was easy to setup, and the price is really reasonable. The delivery was fast and the price really reasonable.

Easy to setup, good features for the price.Nice and lightweight. Seems to be fast opening programs and internet browsing.Only con was no optical drive so I purchased a external drive.

OK for light use, but wouldn't want it as a full time computer. We did a zoom call today with a full charge and after two hours the battery warning came on. The lack of a keyboard backlight is more annoying than I expected it to be. Windows 10S is awful, but we only use this for email and web searches, so it is tolerable. Oh yeah, the image gets really dark if your off center even a little, so not good computer to share with someone.

I love this laptop. The keyboard is bigger than expected but it runs all the programs I need it to and my son has been able to play his video games on it as well and it keeps up.

It's a good, solid, no frills machine, just what I was looking for. It was easy to get going, and to remove the "S" restrictions. As an experienced PC/Windows user, I did not want to mess with too much "helpful" stuff. I like the ethernet port, a bonus I did not expect since most thin machines don't have them anymore. The screen resolution has been fine for me, not doing any gaming or high resolution stuff. I got it to replace my 10 year old Dell, which is dying. If this lasts as long, I'll be happy.

So far this laptop is doing the job that I need it to. The touchscreen is great and it boots up fast. My only negative issue is that there is no backlit keyboard.

I AM NOT A COMPUTER EXPERT BUT I KNOW WHAT I LIKE AND CAN USE. THIS COMPUTER IS OK I GUESS FOR NO MORE THAN WHAT I USE IT FOR BUT I GUESS I WAS EXPECTING MORE. MY SON HAD TO HELP ME SET IT UP AND HE HAD A TIME DOING THAT. WHAT I SEE IS THE TEXT IS VERY SMALL AND HARD FOR ME TO SEE ( I AM 67) EVEN THO I ENLARGED IT. THE BATTERY LIFE DOESN'T SEEM VERY LONG EITHER. I WISH I HADN'T PAID AS MUCH AS I DID FOR IT EITHER.
