Excelent laptop. Love working on it. Just what i expected and needed.

Wanted something simple, an easy to use laptop, and this surely fits the bill at a very reasonable price. It was easy to set up and is working perfectly since I bought it at the end of June. Best Buy rep was most helpful and didn't push a more expensive product considering what I was looking for. Great place to shop.

Our sales associate, James, was patient, knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were not a "bother." I purchased a Dell on 7/7/21 and after 3 visits to the Geek Squad - no one could correct the problem. Being frustrated with how I was not able to use the computer to my satisfaction, I returned the Dell Inspiron 15 3505 on 7/14/21 and with the help of James purchased the Dell Inspiron 15 3501 and James was able to get this computer up and running to suit my requests and likeness. It was a pleasure working with James and will definitely seek him out again when we need to work on our computers. Thank you.

Been needing a replacement laptop for awhile. been searching and found this deal at best buy. It replaced an old asus that i had. I took chance on it and with wifes help i can say im glad i purchased this dell laptop. Its been a very good pc so far. I got a good price (sale) on it. Really good quality.

Good for school and personal use. This laptop is good for school and personal use. Nice accurate touch-pad and nimble keyboard layout with a bright screen. The laptop and the charger are very light easy to carry around. Overall this laptop is a smart choice with an i5 processor with 8 GB ram and SSD.

The laptop is fast and agile. The SSD drive is fast and reliable, but small at 256 GB. The CD/DVD Writer and the Card reader are good and easy to use. I wish it had an SSD activity light indicator and it would be nice to have a camera block, inexpensive and useful.

Worked great (not much else to say, just meeting minimum)

The laptop is taking a while getting used to. It's my first one after years behind a desktop. So far, so good. The PC is doing everything I need. Thanks to the Geek Squad for transferring from desktop to PC.

Good laptop, for the prize! Now almost all laptops that have touch screen are close to 900 and up. This was the cheapest compared to the rest. But it does the work as it should do. Very happy so far with it. Great size screen and no issues with the keyboard so far. Happy with the purchase.

My new Dell laptop operates easily. It was easy to install and user friendly. I wish it didn't have a numerical keypad on the side but they all do. Also I miss having a disc player built into the laptop. Overall it functions quite nicely.

Sleek, very portable, doesn't take up a lot of space. Although I had to purchase a portable plug and Play DVD devise. I love it. I forget that it is a touch screen so I don't use the touch too often. It is good to know that it is an option

Took awhile to decide. This is a great little workhorse. So far, it's a perfect fit for what I needed. Paid twice as much (or more) for bells, whistles, etc., which had catastrophic failure. I think this tank will endure.

Love the computer just what I wanted would buy again

So far I love this computer. I only use it for office duties, but it serves its purpose, starts up quickly and quietly, and is easy to use. The touch pad is smooth, and the touch screen is very reactive. Overall good purchase.

Computer is solid, fast and easy to use. And with my Total tech. Membership, a Tech. transferred stuff from my old lap top to this one for free. Computer screen had a clear picture and is the perfect size. The laptop top does not look or feel cheap. Seems built to last.

Just love it, my first Dell. I have been working king from home since 3/17/2020 because of the pandemic. My old laptop (a HP) couldn’t keep up with all my work. Now it is a breeze.

Perfect for school work (I am currently enrolled in an On - Line University) personal items, record keeping, paying bills, etc. and listening to my music. I especially like the fact that it is light, and fully loaded.
