I had the same model for 3 yrs and decided to upgrade and I have not been dissatisfied at all, easy to use, practically sets itself up and easy to pair blue tooth devices, printers and speakers. Glad I made this purchase.

This is a fantastic laptop that my daughter uses for gaming. She’s had no issues with it being slow whatsoever. I recommend this laptop for anybody looking for something for school or for kids to play their games on.

So I bought this for someone getting ready to head out to college. It's a nice machine with good specifications at a good price. The one thing that caught me by surprise, (and explains the good price), is that it comes loaded with Windows 10 S. This is a "light" version of Windows 10 that only lets you buy apps from the Microsoft Store. You can NOT install "programs purchased from retailers, which may or may not be a problem depending on the user. The good news is that you CAN upgrade to a Standard version of Windows 10 but it will cost about $100 or so more dollars, hence the cheaper purchase price from the store.

The computer is exactly as expected. It was not expensive and it works exactly as the sales associate told me. The only thing I had to do, which was my choice, was to purchase Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

I have had this product for a couple of weeks and I can say that I'm glad I purchased it. It is easy to use and very portable. I haven't had any problems at all with this laptop. The only small inconvenience is that it didn't come with a mouse.

I'm not a heavy personal computer user since I have to be on a computer all day for work, but the little I've used this Dell, it's been great. No issues. Mousepad is very sensitive, but it hasn't caused much issue for me.

This is a great laptop for generic school work. Runs Quickbooks better than the dinosaur computer at my job. I also have a small etsy business so it great for a small business too. Windows Home S can be removed so dont return for that reason. Just ask the sells people how to removed it. I just dont like that you have make an outlook email inorder to setup your computer.

Light weight, easy to follow set up procedure, and size is just right. Has porys foe additional keyboard and mouse control. Does not take up alot of space.

Very nice and easy to use laptop. Touch screen is very convenient, and light enough to carry around anywhere you need it. Just the right amount of memory and storage to use for whatever you need.

Dell has done it again! This laptop is amazingly fast and easy to use! You will not be disappointed. I use for work and school and it’s perfect !!?

Bought the Dell laptop, had the geek squad set it up for me and have had no problems with it at all. Works as advertised. I always thought I had problems because of a slow router and plaster walls but turns out I just needed a new computer.

Am Glad i bought this,first i got hp 14inch but when it arrived too small for me because i always like my laptops big,then i returned it to the store for exchange and so happy i got this one.

This has been an excellent computer for our needs. We only use it for online billing and listening to music for the most part so that probably doesn’t help you much. My son likes it a lot because it’s touch screen unlike his. Lol

love my new computer , it works awesome and the touch screen makes my daily work a breeze. I'm so glad i purchase it, the key board is just the right amount of space where i don't need to purchase a key board and navigation is so easy.

Good, not great, but for the price that we paid for two of these laptops for our business, well worth it. Very functional. The only thing that we did not like was that it forced us to use our personal email addresses and accounts when setting up the software and the upgrades to the latest windows version and microsoft office trial subscriptions. When we purchased for our business use and already had multi-user licenses for this software, etc. Added many additional hours of coordinating through Microsoft and GoDaddy to get it corrected, Meanwhile, the laptops still show as registered with our personal email accounts while our employees have been assigned the laptops.

The Wife needed a small travel laptop to do Word, email and web search. So far so good. She's not doing anything major on this so, we can't speak on it's over all performance. But so far it hasn't crashed or froze up.

This was a computer for my wife. She doesn’t game or use heavy use programs. Mainly email and watching YouTube videos. This computer more than meets her needs. When I use it for Zoom meetings or doing online ordering, it works fine.

I bought this laptop last year as my last laptop was a hand me down a running slow. I am happy with this purchase. I'm not a gamer type so I can't speak on that. I got it to do basic tasks.

This laptop is very fast. I have nothing but good things to say about this laptop. Right out the box it was ready to go just a little sign in here and there and it was ready to use

Different from the old one I'm used to. Some functions I expect aren't there. Nice picture. Good to have a real keyboard. Had nothing but my phone for the last few years. Hope I get used to it and make better use. Overall, it's nice.
