I am very pleased with my purchase of the Dell Inspiron 15.6' FHD Touch Laptop, with 8GB RAM and 256 GB SSD. The employees at best Buy were very helpful in my decision to purchase this particular laptop. It doesn't have an internal hard drive, but external drives can be connected for use. The lack of an internal hard drive means that the laptop is much much more durable than previous laptops I have owned. It is fast, light, and meets all my expectations.

This is a good laptop for travel. It is quick and very light for packing in a computer case. I would buy it again.

I must admit, I've never been happier with any computer I've ever had. It is very simple to use. I enjoy the touch screen and the quality is top notch.

Fast processing, and good computer overall, EXCEPT, battery is non-existent. Plan for it to only work about 2-2.5 hours of continual use. Additionally, the one I purchased would immediately die once it got down to 22-31%. During the time I used it, I did not have any extra programs running or do anything that required extra battery draining- just basic internet work and typing. Considering I needed something that I didn't have to have plugged in continuously, I returned it. If battery was better, this would be a great computer.

I needed a good, basic laptop (first new one I bought in 20 years). This fit the bill perfectly. Good price, lots of extras, light, and good keyboard. The associate and trainee were very helpful.

great computer just what i wanted to replace my broken one. had to get help transferring files but geek squad was very helpful. the speed and screen display are great.

Love! Large screen and not too heavy. Light weight and fast, easy to use for school and recreational use.

Love the comput, does everything i have asked of it. Even with remote location and poor internet, boots up super fast. It was in my bag for a week and had very little drainage.

Huge improvement over HP! Sad I can’t get an internal CD burner/player, but this will do. I love, although was very hesitant about it, the touch screen. Perfect size & excellent little unit.

Solid Dell laptop. Smaller and lightweight but still has everything I need including touchscreen and full number keypad. Good upgrade from the older version I used to have.

Enjoying the use of it so far. Easy to use pictures are clear the sound is good. I like the touch screen also. There are a number of helpful features in this product.

Perfect laptop for my needs. Fast and easy to use. I have had Dell Inspirons in the past so I knew I couldn't go wrong. Plenty of Ram and the Intel Core i5 is super fast. Would definitely recommend.

Computer is pretty fast and boots up quickly as well. They on thing I don’t like is the trackpad seems really cheap.

Great buy and a very user-friendly computer. I like that the screen is large, yet the computer is lightweight. I can also hook up my blue tooth to it and transfer files from my phone and vice versa. It loads really quickly without a lot of hassle of waiting when you turn it on. I am so glad I picked this brand through the help of the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I am in Graduate School and my other laptop shut off in the middle of me doing a paper and this computer was the lifesaver that I ended up buying unexpectedly.

Good for the price. Windows 10S is very limiting. You'll need to disable the secure mode if you want to put any programs of your own on there.

I'm happy with the laptop. Works well and is really fast. I use it for doing my homework, zoom, and browsing the web, mostly YouTube. I had to replace an hp that i gave to another family member who needed one. Now I'm going to be buying another one for my wife. She has been using it more than me and now it seems I'm going to have to buy another one. So far so good.

We bought this for my daughter in college. She is able to do her work, play games and draws with the touch screen. Runs a little slow under heavy load but great under normal use.

Awesome lightweight n fast. Does the job for me very happy with this laptop. Updated from a HP that was slow and always needing updates and maintenance. Dell is the best
