Darn good laptop

The memory can be upgraded with a second stick if required. Access to the motherboard is simple not like other laptops that have a bunch of hidden screws. I have found that the SSD is large enough for me, since I save most things to One Drive. If it does not come with Windows 11 it can easily upgraded.

Disappointed

It’s bulky, slow, battery drains fast, the charging port went wonky within the 2 nd month. The charger is bulky too which is why I think the port broke. I literally have to finagle the charger so that it will charge. The touch screen is great a little sensitive but pretty good. I think I would use it more if I didn’t have so many issues with it.
