Darn good laptop

The memory can be upgraded with a second stick if required. Access to the motherboard is simple not like other laptops that have a bunch of hidden screws. I have found that the SSD is large enough for me, since I save most things to One Drive. If it does not come with Windows 11 it can easily upgraded.

Webroot install

Only had to wait a few minutes (I did have an appointment). The install went quickly and I was on my way. Appreciate your service and for not making an old person like me feel stupid for not being able to do this myself.
