As my husband and I aren’t super tech savvy (understatement), we rely on the knowledge of Best Buy’s staff to guide us. We were not disappointed. We have had nothing but great experiences with Best Buy...the big box store that behaves like a small corner shop. Keep it up!

1.) Really fast shipping! This laptop got delivered way before the estimated delivery date which is awesome! 2.) I got this laptop today (4/4/15) and so far I really like it. I was surprised by how cool the keyboard backlight looks. And the laptop looks pretty thin and kind of like an ultrabook. I like the nice sleek, modern design. 3.) I was also surprised that the laptop didn't come with bloatware (the extra junk software that is installed in new laptops).

Great laptop for a great price. Lightweight and it meets all of the requirements for my high school student.

This computer does what i need it too. Its not the fastest or the sleekest laptop but for the price its a great buy.

My sister needed a new laptop as only having a phone just wasn’t working out for her. We snagged this one on an open box deal and it’s been great. She doesn’t do much in the way of any heavy computing but her boyfriend and boyfriends son both play some games on it and have had no problems so far. Nothing too power hungry but it gets the job done. A great device for someone who needs to do the basics but with the capability to play some games as well.
