    Service is excellent in Treating Customers with respect. However, I do believe in 2 Incidences, Customer Rep. first assumed a product was no longer being sold, until I ran into the Manager, who ordered the product, which came within 5 days. Thank You . 2nd Incidence, Customer Rep. didn't really know the products as well as I would expect him to. Regardless, the care that Your Staff gave at the West Covina Plaza was Awesome.
