However, I do believe in 2 Incidences, Customer Rep. first assumed a product was no longer being sold, until I ran into the Manager, who ordered the product, which came within 5 days. Thank You . 2nd Incidence, Customer Rep. didn't really know the products as well as I would expect him to. Regardless, the care that Your Staff gave at the West Covina Plaza was Awesome.

The store is 42 miles a 33-minute drive, much longer for delivery. Told when ready and went. My wife reminded me about a laptop for her Christmas Gift, " Pick it out, I said," she did while I loaded the freezer. Talk with a salesman about it and find out Best Buy loads what you need for free. Called when ready, everything GREAT!
