It works well for that. The only thing I didn't like was the Microsoft 360 to use on it. I wish that I had bought the programs we use separately. It was a very frustrating time with Best Buy's Geek Squad (or whatever they're called these days). They tried to get it to work with my other email but never did.

The store is 42 miles a 33-minute drive, much longer for delivery. Told when ready and went. My wife reminded me about a laptop for her Christmas Gift, " Pick it out, I said," she did while I loaded the freezer. Talk with a salesman about it and find out Best Buy loads what you need for free. Called when ready, everything GREAT!
