A nice little laptop for the price.

Everything went smoothly. It does feel a bit on the cheap side - the palm rest is plastic and the seam where it meets with the front/bottom of the unit is not flush. You can feel the seam. That does not affect the usability of the computer.

Great customer service from sale to set-up. A smart, attractive, little laptop with lots of features. We didn't want, or need, an "office" computer. This one accomplishes our purpose of providing for at home communications, publications, presentations, and applications for fun and learning.

Reliable machine

This one boots in seconds, has all the memory she needs, and lets her quickly get into email, social media, and some research she does to keep up with the world. Overall, the machine does what it needs to without fanfare, but does it reliably.
